I love this hotel, it is nice and iconic hotel. Staffs are very nice, but the breakfast was not various but the taste were good. Room quite big and clean. The location is very strategic. I will stay here again when back to Jakarta.

Smell of their lobby is superb! Although it’s a bit dated hotel, the location and cleanliness is great. I was a bit disturbed by the smell came from the bathroom sewage

I booked the standard room and got upgraded with no reason. The receptionist was very courteous and friendly⭐️. Room was clean, cool and cozy. We had dinner in the lounge and the home band performed amazingly, lovely music with angelic voices (it was a duet with guitar only). Superb location. Really loved the experience. The main reason i choose this hotel at first just because their color theme designs are my favorite, I’m a big fans of Teal color. The curiosity pay the price for the comfort, the hospitality, the luxury & the modern living in central Jakarta. Des Indes has become my short getaway on weekend, they appreciated my stays by upgrading my room booking from Deluxe to Grand Deluxe. Thank you. One thing that disappoints me is the breakfast, they didn’t facilitate with buffet breakfast which I thought would it be lovely if they spoilt the guests with buffet breakfast at their traditional modern restaurant. Overall, i love my experience staying at Des Indes Hotel.

Cute and quite a reminiscent of an old Batavia used to look like in the colonial era. The room was tad smaller than I expected but the interior was nice, although they could have upgraded their wallpaper. It curled. The breakfast was so-so, but it's nice to have for a buffet, unlike those hotel that doesn't provide one. I like the hospitality too. The staff and management was so nice to their guests. Location is near to Menteng Park complex, in fact it's only across the street and also the night food vendors across. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to have a nice staycation.
