The most noisy hotel I've ever stayed with ”
The hotel location is good but its soundproofing is terrible. You can be distracted from your sleep by the noise of people talking, walking, shutting the door or the housekeepers moving their tools at night or early in the morning. The receptionist charged our room on our first day of arrival but asked for payment again on the day we checked out. The street in front of the hotel is jammed up by big buses, their gaseous exhaust smell and their horn sound. You may want to rethink your choice before you book this hotel.

Everything seems rundown here. though it's tuck away from the noisy and busy streets, getting to places and back takes time and effort, as it's around the top of the hill. away from all the fun n buzz.

Very friendly & helpful staffs, especially the bellboy name Van Anh who really provided an excellent service beyond the bellboy job. Although a little bit difficult in communication but with Google translate it solved all.

Phòng quá tệ. Mùi sơn vẫn còn rất nhiều. Cách âm không tốt cụ thể người phòng bên cạnh ngáy nghe rất to và rõ khiến mình và vợ không ngủ được. Mình book 3 ngày 2 đêm nhưng sau đêm đầu mình check out ko suy nghĩ gì thêm. Quá tệ

Neues Hotel an ruhiger Lage”
Es gibt nicht viel auszusetzen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Das Hotel ist neu, Zimmer, Bettwäsche und Badetücher sind sauber. Das Personal an der Reception ist freundlich und spricht ordentlich englisch. Der Manager ist sichtlich interessiert, das Niveau des Hauses zu halten resp. zu verbessern. Angenehm wäre ein Safe im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist leider nur bis 09:00 erhältlich. Meiner Meinung nach sollte das Frühstücksbuffet bis 10:00 geöffnet sein. Insgesamt eine Unterkunft, die ich empfehlen kann.
