Great Hotel!”
Its my 1st time here. The room was so big, clean and well maintained. The only thing i wish was there was a laundry bag/plastic. other big hotels have it. Location is near ayala mall so it was very convenient. public transportation is available right outside of the hotel. breakfast buffet was okay. Not that many choices actually but it was good. Its enough to fill you since its a buffet. Check in and out was smooth as well.

I have stayed in so many hotels they my life including the Hilton, Marriott, crown Plaza, Sheraton, etc. and I have to say that the Hotel Elizabeth has been my favorite when it comes to Customer service and Hospitality. As you check in the staff was so accommodating and pleasant. Originally, we were going to stay for 1 night but then we extended for another 2 nights. The best for family staycation”
I stayed here with my family to celebrate the new year and it was the best. The room is spacious and clean. I just noticed that the yellow light on the dining area and receiving area is kinda dim, its best to have white light which would best compliment the spacious area. But overall, a good experience! Will definitely book again

Hotel staff were very nice and pleasant. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff at the front desk were helpful and recommended locations to eat street food. The breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. The hotel is is only a 10 minute walk to the mall.

A very good overall experience”
We have just completed a 2 night stay at Hotel Elizabeth Cebu and found it extremely good. From the friendly, helpful staff who assisted with everything we asked, to the extremely tasty breakfast buffet, the overall experience was fantastic. The location is about 4 minutes walk from Ayala mall, which was a major factor in our booking. The wifi was quite good, never dropped out and provided a consistent connection with satisfactory download/upload speeds. We really enjoyed our stay and will return on our next holiday if we can book in at another great price.

Excellent clean hotel in the heart of Cebu City”
I had the junior suite, very roomy. I had to change rooms to get a good internet signal - if this is important to you, you should request it when you book the room. The staff was great about arranging and assisting with the room change - also very helpful in every aspect; quick, professional, friendly, knowledable - the staff is a huge plus. The furniture in the rooms is nice and comfortable, although not a modern style. I was quite comfortable with it, but maybe some other would not be. The breakfast buffet is quite good with many choices and omelettes cooked to order. No swimming pool, but for a two day stay, I could live without it. Short walk to Ayala mall, which was also nice. Overall, a few modest potential minuses and several great plusses - I would recommend it and will stay there the next time I am in Cebu.

Very nice clean hotel for the price. ”
Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable, location was very close to Ayala mall, wifi was ok Breakfast is almost all Philippines food. Had bacon and eggs which were both cold. Fruit was only yellow watermelon and papaya. Highly recommend this hotel.

I love their room... their food is also one of the best specially the karekare.. They even have bar lounge with a good singer on Fridays my daughter loves it. And the buffet breakfast is the best!!! Great Hotel and the courteous staff, but their Front Desk Girls need improvement.”
Arrived earlier than the usual check-in time and asked if we can check in earlier. We were promised that they will call us when the room is ready as it was being cleaned. We ended up going out and when it was even the right check-in time, no one called us. When we came back, another girl was there and couldn't find the reservation paper I left with them. And when they finally saw it, I asked why they did not call me and they said they were busy and just forgot. The hotel though is very nice, clean and from the guard to the hotel staff, they were all helpful and courteous.

The staff we're very friendly and accommodating. We booked a triple deluxe room and unfortunately the ac didn't worked so well. They asked us to move to a much bigger room (junior suite). They are extremely nice and the room was amazing. The breakfast was all good and delicious. Thank you hotel elizabeth! Will definitely book again next time.

My go-to Hotel whenever I visit Cebu”
This is my choice of hotel whenever I need to travel at Cebu for work. I actually stayed in this hotel twice, first was 2017 and next was 2019. I feel comfortable staying here even I travel alone for business trip. Well, I find this hotel quite pricey but since it's a paid business trip, I always grab this hotel and luckily, whenever I book, there's always a discounted price. The hotel is not that big but has a cozy vibe, the staff I had encountered were all accommodating. I specially love the buffet breakfast they offer, and not to mention, their maja blanca is superb! it's my favorite.

Pleasant front desk staff!”
We had a nice stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly except the front desk supervisor which behaved in an arrogant way. She was more important than her guests. The prices in the bar changed according to who was the barman. My best advice is to get a specified bar bill and not just to let them write on a sheet of paper. All together a very pleasant stay. We had a problem with loud noise from some workers outside the hotel the 1. morning. They were doing morning gym. using very loud loudspeakers The problem was quickly solved by the security guard and the hotel manager. The front desk supervisor made no attept to solve the problem. In stead she moved us 1 floor down closer to the music. A really bad and arrogant person which should be sacked in my opinion. The rest of the front desk staff were excellent.

Worth the price. Hotel was near all the famous tourist spots including the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño de Cebu. Also 5minute walk to Ayala Center Cebu. All the staffs were accomodating and attending. They’ll greet you all the time. Breakfast was also great no need to go look outside
