Staff are super helpful. Location is perfect for work. Room is very clean and spacious. Amenities are impressive especially shower gel which I've bought some home. Pillows and beddings will make you never want to wake up. Love this place. I'll definitely come back.

If you don't mind staying in the city instead of beach front properties, The shovel is the one for you. No need to consider somewhere else, Worth every Baht you spent. Clean n comfort, Nice staged, great facilities , Bed is comfy. That's all I could say

Completely New & Squeaky Clean”
I chose this hotel during Songkran out of necessity as other places by the beach were fully booked, but I must say that I am impressed with the room quality. I stayed in Deluxe Room Twin, the room is completely new and comfortable for 3 guests, and its highlight was the Bidet Shower!!! At first I thought there was none of it and a bit freaked out, but then I noticed a little faucet by the toilet and turned it on and I screamed! It was the shower similar to those in Japan except that here is a manual one but it works fine. I even want one for my house. Aside that all the amenities were well prepared. Me and my family didn't need any assistance from the hotel staff as the rooms are perfect. So kudos to the hotel management team for your attention to details! Keep this hotel condition perfect and guests will keep coming in. There are some rooms for improvement like the breakfast, the rice was too hard, the fried fish menu and the spaghetti sauce were all extremely sweet, adjust that and I for one am completely satisfied. On the booking side of Agoda, if you filled in 3 persons and choose Deluxe Twin you might get confused as the room image shows that there are 3 beds

Remarkable hospitality in an unexpected place. From the softer-than-most-in-Thailand mattresses and fluffy towels, to the adorable "You're welcome" tag on the delicious tea in the fridge, I've rarely had such a comfortable stay in 4* hotels--this even beats a couple 5* stays! I may have overdone this review, but it's how they made me feel!

Close to bus station. Exceptional staff and very comfortable bed. Only thing could use improvement is the kitchen. We had Pad Thai and Club sandwiches. Both sub par. Everything else with the hotel was great.

MODERN AND CLEAN HOTEL”
We booked at a price surprisingly inexpensive (most likely on sale) and we were surprised at the modern design and furniture plus the mattress and pillows were so soft (not common in Thailand hotels, by the way). So yeah...we were very satisfied and well-slept tho we checked in at 2 am already. We had a very good rest on our stay there.
