        Rooms not as published in Agoda”

        The room is not as per the photos published in Agoda. I booked a double bed room and was given a twin bedded room as they said the room is not ready yet. I checked in at approx 7 pm and was told the room is not ready. The room is has 3 ceiling lights and 1 bedside light and 1 bathroom light of which only the bathroom lights and one of the room light was working. Air conditioning is not cold and hardly can feel any air blowing out for the AC.

        The Staff on Music so LOUD”

        is not worth it even its cheap, we cant sleep as beside our room is the staff operational office i believe, they on the music so LOUD and a girl laughing very loud. i have complain but its the music continue. i wont back to this hotel. room wise was ok just a very weird smell.

        Worst(est) hotel(can't call this a hotel)”

        This is a stopover for people on pilgrimage, not a single factor that says this is a hotel except it's near airport. 1. You have to carry your luggage by stairs if you are unlucky to have any of those cages on 1st or 2nd as there is NO LIFT 2. Very old, smelly and dirty rooms and toilets. My window had bright halogens on it which are used to highlight the building, to fool you in thinking this is a hotel. Then the curtain rails were broken so couldn't close those curtains, curtain cloth was hanging on side which I'm sure can't stop that bright light from coming to room. 3. Shower was broken, huge dirty tub with a bucket inside. Seemed like a whole family used this room. 4. Room was filled with very old wardrobe, old chair and i didn't dare to open them or even touch. Receptionist had the audacity to ask me to keep my passport, which i immediately denied then asked me to deposit Rp 100,000 whereas there was nothing to consume at the room as there was fridge or anything else. I had to remind the reception to return the deposit or it would have been gone too. They have free shuttle who book directly at this hotel Rp 300k what a joke. Overall, if you are looking at a sleepover or running between flights. This is definately not a place. Agoda doesnt allow pics or I would have uploaded.
