Your location is very very good. And the hotel is very beautiful. But the beauty of the hotel was very limited breaakfast was not at all convenient .instead of using 10-12 ceiling fan,you can use a air conditioning in the lobby. You can also think of the more beautiful and suitable conditions for non-malay guests. Also, the problem is that, although the rooms are empty in the morning, it is really uncomfortable for them to leave the room when they arrive earlier. Because we had come there for a long time. And we had to wait a lot of time to use the room. Forgive me. I feel very comfortable with the tranquility and beauty of the sea and the sound of the waves. But these were the ones that I thought would be more suitable. Then more guests arrived at this pristine hotel. Until I remember,the lady who was on the reservation was very kind And dominated by her work. We are very pleased whit her. Unfortunately I do not know her name.but I can say that the lady was nice and a little fat🧕

The room was spacious, nice sea view and spacious balcony. Need more often housekeeping and more maintenance. The floor and other furnitures were dusty. The water tap was a bit rusty and hard to turn on the tap. The management should add a safe box, hairdryer and toothbrush pack. Friendly staffs and nice location. Quiet and peaceful.

The room itself is clean and comfortable, but the breakfast itself is bad. There were no buffet breakfast, just toasted bread with butter, cereals, and fried rice, the last of which is upon request. Even that, they kept ran out of sugar, bread, butter and milk...

If you're an adventurer seeker. Staying at this hotel will fulfill your desire! Please check in early as the reception counter only opens till 4.30 pm. Then go out to have dinner or whatsoever. And come back to the hotel at 2 am. Make sure to request a high floor during check-in. If you're lucky, maybe IT will send you to the 10th floor. Oh, one more thing. If you want to get to the basement floor, press LG floor at the lift. If you want to go to the lobby, please use the BOMBA Lift because the normal lift can't press G floor. Have fun!

The place is quite private. Swimming pool facilities are not functioning, dirty and are not well maintained. wifi is very weak, and cannot be connected. airconds that are not cold even at night. Required some improvement for better service.

The rooms were well upgraded. The surrounding is not well kept and not inviting. Minimal staff available The beach nearby is not meant for strolling even, because of not clean. I do not intend to go for a second holiday there.

Can’t even stay for one night. The facility so old. With dirty floor and light in the room so dim including in the toilet. Have uncomfortable feeling when at the hotel. During that time the hotel dont have many guess. The view is creepy with the abandoned building beside the hotel. At night can hear sound someone moving furniture.

The building quite creepy as soon as I arrived. The maintenance not upgrade ( air conditioner not function well). The breakfast not good. The hotel should be upgrade to attract more tourist (new paint, renovate). However, the staff is friendly and nice.

90's Era Comeback”
The place were very old like i was enter 90's..Not value for money, the cleanliness is the worst. Corridor smelly, room smelly, the aircond not cold. The place was very quiet like nobody check in here. Swimming pool is very dirty with rubbish. Near to the beach but beach not clean. Breakfast not variety's. Staff is very friendly especially fo and maintenance.

Positive = helpful staff. Negative = Run-down, very badly maintained. Use elevators at your own risk (if you can use them). View from the hotel are either oil refinery or oil loading vessel. NOT Recommended

Worst hotel I've ever book. First impression like entering a haunted hotel. So old and the ceiling mostly torn apart from the outsite view. Very poor maintenance. Nevertheless the staff was very polite and friendly. The big pool was nice if you want privacy. The pool with the slide not clean. The stairs going to the slide pool slippery and have moss. Should be the place to choose to stay and this would be my first and last staying here.
