Comfortable 6 night stay”
In our second time in Chiang Mai, my wife and I chose this hotel for its low rates and high reviews. Compared to the 4 star hotel during our first stay, Mayu was just as accomodating at a far better value. This hotel has a brand new look with all the necessary amenities. It has a large(long) outdoor pool, spacious gym with numerous machines and dumbells and superb breakfast with enough variety so we didn't tire after 6 days. BTW, try the awesome khao soi at the restaurant Pensen just 50m from the hotel. Above all, the entire staff was friendly and made our stay as comfortable as I can imagine. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again in our next visit to CM. The only strange thing is we needed to deposit 1000 baht cash during check in instead of a credit card.

Exceptional”
My husband and I were very enjoyed our stayed in Hotel Mayu . The location was awesome, within short walking distance to Maya shopping mall. Besides also walking distance to very popular food and coffee district Niman Road. The room was very big and clean, it was beyond my expectation. The breakfast also very nice and tasty.. All the staff were very attentive , nice and polite. Especially the door man and the restaurant staff were always nice and put smiles on their face. I strongly recommend my friends and family stay in hotel Mayu. We will definitely come back. Thanks!

Rewriting the definition of Kindness”
I was so lucky to stay at MAYU. Before making reservation, I could see several comments mentioning that staffs are very kind. After staying at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, I did understand the reason for such comments. The staffs were so nice: receptionists, guard, bell boy, housekeepers, and chef preparing breakfast. Also, the pool was great. It's a small pool, however, thank to the palm trees making beautiful shades on the surface, I enjoyed beautiful scenery while swimming. Although, soundproof is not so good. You can hear small noises from aisle and even alarms of your neighbor staying your next room. Still, it's located right next to the MAYA mall, which lets you enjoy shopping; and you can also reach both Nimman and Santitham area easily. Highly recommend this place! :D

Clean hotel, great location, awesome hospitality, worth staying here”
The location of the hotel was awesome, and the rooms (2 rooms) were clean and fantastic. The gym was great, the breakfast was delicious and wide selection to choose from. There ammenities such as slipper, toothbrush, toiletries were provided. All i can say, definitely worth every cent and the matress and pillow to me was so comfortable and that is very important for my sleep.

Overall is quite good for us, we stayed for one night. The room is big, feeling comfortable. Bathroom is also big, they provided amenities that you would need inside your room w/o asking from housekeeping. Breakfast line is surprisingly good. I don’t expect much coz it’s a time before long holiday. But they exceeded my expectations with a tiny corner of local foods, various continental foods and drinks. Definitely gonna come back again next time I visit center of Chiang Mai. Two thumbs up!

cozy room with readonable prize”
Hotel Mayu locates next to MAYA, one of famous department store in Chiang Mai. It is easy to access and start the trip from here very close to Nimman district and not so far from the airport. The room was very comfort and clean. The staff was nice and friendly. Hotel Mayu also provides parking lot for travellers who goes around with a car. Highly reccommended!!

This is very modern and clean. Not my kind of place but one stay is fine and the value for your money is great as well. I tend to like the asian style better. However I could not criticize it in any way. Not one spec of dirt.

Location was perfect. There’s mall and night market about 10mins walk. Staffs were polite. Showed me the way to my room. Room was spacious and clean. They provide a rack for drying clothes. Recommended stay.

Brand new modern hotel next to Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center”
This brand new modern hotel is next to May Lifestyle Shopping Center and closed to Nimman Road - the famous tourist attraction. Good location with reasonable pricing and clean room. I would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending this modern hotel to friends and family.
