I found Durex in my room”
I booked this hotel through Agoda but when I called the hotel, the said they didn’t take bookings from Agoda or any OTA. The moment I arrived there I was very lucky that I got a room. The room’s door is not safe since I need to use the key not the card. The second day I was here, I found a used plastic of Durex which maybe someone got into my room or it was not fully cleaned

My friend stay at here 24/11 night. Then she told us about the hotel cleanliness. For the cleanliness, very bad. Toilet can't flush. The floor was dirty. The smell of the room is bad. So we make a decision to book another hotel to stay and we can't get our money back since my booking can't be cancelled. I'm okay since the new hotel i stay is very comfortable and clean.

There is no channel in Tv, no toileteries(Toothpaste, tooth brush, razor, comb), no mineral waters, hair dryer and water heater. I got room at floor 2, the cleanliness not satisfying me, and when I sleep I heard a few of mouse running around the ceiling, it made me feel annoyed and I can't get good night sleep. please improve all the complains ok. we stayed at the new nilai (aka new wave) hotel for a layover in k.l. the overnight manager was a very kind man who was helpful and helped us get taxis and food....the only downside was that the hotel is called "new wave" on its physical exterior so we had troubles finding the hotel since we thought it was called new nilai hotel....taxis to the hotel were 42-45 ringgit one way from the lcct airport for air asia flights (about usd each direction)...

we were stay for one night in this hotel rather far from lcct or klia about 20 - 30 minutes by taxi and you should told the driver the hotel name is 'wave hotel' because there is another nilai hotel that makes the driver missundestand it. the staff is great and nice, worth for just one night stay to catch your morning flight and if your flight is early morning just sure to book a taxi in advance. rather hard to find a restaurant or something in hungry.

Great small, boutique hotel for business travel. Clean, modern, and just a short walk from restaurants. But it's the customer service of their accommodating staff that really makes this place. Many thanks at the front desk,, who made us feel like we were the royal guests in the hotel.Clean and good service.The rooms are much more colorful with good design.
