Old Santika that Need rejuvenation”
The hotel look nice from outside but need several rejuvenation as the isle and room interior below decent conditions. The Air Cond was not perform right & could not cover the hot air Kelapa Gading temperature.

Great Escape”
we stayed at the hotels for 5days for an event and i must say the housekeeping and the staffs are so friendly and helpful. they changed the towels and kept the room neat everyday! The breakfast are also great. And there is supermarket and few restaurants nearby since the hotel is connected with mahaka square (britama arena). there are also few malls nearby, and i would recommend mall menara gading 3 and mall of indonesia for various options of food and shopping. they're like 1.5km to 3km away. can either go by grabcar or blue bird taxi which always there near the lobby. Location wise, it's quite far from jakarta sentral if you wish to go to grand or plaza indo. Might cost you around 130k per trip and at least 45 mins travel time if the traffic isnt so bad. Other than that, everything about the hotel is great and worth the price. It was a nice experience for us.

Clean and Comfortable stay”
Pretty good stay in Santika Kelapa Gading, although you need to take a cab to the busy kelapa gading main road or Mall Kelapa Gading. Room facing the road is quite noisy early in the morning and the curtain is hardly cover the window, just nice for the morning sun to wake you up. Very friendly service staff and good breakfast selection.

a little bit of distance to get to Mal Kelapa Gading, you need taxi to do that.. other wise it was convenient. We recommend breakfast. Overall rating 4 stars, if they had a swimming pool it would be 5 stars.

Not bad for a day or two”
Room was spacious, bed was comfy and staff was helpful. The only minus thing is, the location. Although it is not that far from Kelapa Gading Mall and Mall Artha Gading, looking for food is not easy if you are alone and you have no car to go around but their kitchen is good, especially the nasi goreng.

Sorry to say this, but i'm disappointed ”
Only one that I really disappointed, when I enter my room in the next day, which is I extended our stay in this hotel for 3nights, my room was not yet clean! Then we call the receptionist & the housekeeping came. But it happened twice in the next 2days, again my room was not yet clean (it was 12.30pm), after we call the housekeeping, we wait 1/2 hour until one of the housekeeping staff to come. Not just this! In the next 3days, we have to call first the housekeeping for cleaning my room. What kind of service is this?! And one more thing, I have member card for hotel Santika, and I think its really useless! Why? Because there is no discount for the room rate. Firstly the receptionist said if we stay on the next coming, we will get discount 30% (I forgot how much) from the publish rate. OK, after 3nights, we would like to extend 1more night, we ask the receptionist "how much is the room rate for deluxe?" And she said Rp 781.... Then I asked her "I have member card, so I will get discount right?" But she said this price is already discounted. So what are the functions of the member card?!

Very nice and comfortable place”
a very comfortable and affordable 4-star hotel at Jakarta. Plus 10% off from agoda makes me feel lucky to have such a good place. Breakfast is very good and complete, the room is clean and full compliments. I got 4 compliments drink and newspaper in the morning. Recommended place!!!!

Best Hotel for your money”
I choose this Hotel for two reasons, its proximity to the places I like to go and its newness (less than one year). What I found was far exceeds my expectation, the staffs were courteous and friendly, the price is good for your money. Also the variety of the foods were quite superb, though admittedly after a week stay I got a bit used to. In short it is good for your money and give a 9 out of 10 for overall ratings
