Despite good desk workers, acceptable malaysian breakfast, it can’t overcome the feeling of staying in motel. Sri Malaysia was once a great hotel to stay in but seems the management is content with what they have now. Old musty carpets are out. You need to up the game in current competitive B&B service.

Overall hotel facilities considered OK. Check in and check out time need improvement as compared few hotel that I have stayed ranging from 3 to 5 star hotel. Staff really follow check in time with no flexible time. Check out time,they only allow 30 minutes only.

Can easily win the title of the worst hotels I ever stayed. The moment I opened my room 106 door my heart sank. The carpeted area of the room was full of spots and my feet sticks to it! Spacious room but so poorly maintained. Bathroom had a faint smell and the flush did not work after few uses. Hot water goes cold after few minutes of usage. Need to switch it off and on again to get the heater working again. It’s a good thing that we only stayed for the night and quickly left in the morning. Did not bother with breakfast, just wanted to leave already. It didn’t help that the area next to our room was what I assume to me a residential home? They had a dog that barked a lot during the night. Pro's - Good Location Con's - Everything else

Old Hotel with Poor Maintenance”
These old building is not well maintain, look messy and not clean. The bad smell from the carpet and a dirty bathroom making your stay so horrible. The location is very near to city and the staff are very good but the breakfast only start at 7.00 am.

It's just like university hostel, just slightly better with air-conditioning and attached bathroom. That's it. Strong musty smell when entering the room. The toilet bowl was horrible with black stains. And water stains everywhere. The carpet flooring was dirty and dusty. No hair dryer. Terrible breakfast, serves only fried rice, fried vermicelli, sliced breads and jam, baked beans, potato wedges, coffee and tea, water and juice. They don't even bother to replenish the food. I will never ever come back to this hotel again!

No much staff. Had to wait after 4pm to get the room clean. Went for breakfast, fully paid, there nothing on the table and no one attending. Was dissappointed.

We were welcomed into the room by strong stench. The bathroom was so cramped. On top of this, the walls were extremely dirty & the floor was a bit oily, hence slippery.
