Great hotel in Ha Long”
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in Dec 2022. Everything was excellent! Location is great as it's right opposite a theme park. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel.

Could have been better”
The hotel was brand new and had only been in operation for a little more than 4 months when we stayed, so there is room for improvement. The hotel is spotless, quick check-in and decoration is supercool. The receptionists were very friendly, and welcomed us with a lemon-lemongrass drink. The room size was decent with nice balcony and a view of the city and waterfront. However, the door lock in my room did not work properly (you need to slam the door very hard for it to close and auto lock), and the safety lock was installed in a ridiculous way that the chain was too short to reach the latch. The AC did not work whatsoever. The room was at 30 degree Celsius when I got it, then I set the temp for 18 and after 1 night, thermometer still shown 27 degrees. I was told that the rooftop bar closing hour is 10pm or 11pm (don’t remember exactly), but I got up there at 9:30PM and the entire floor was pitch black. Breakfast selection was limited since there was not many guest, but the taste was good. Staffs were very friendly, polite, and helpful. May consider this hotel again during my next stay.

Khách sạn mới, bữa sáng tùy hôm sẽ là set menu hoặc buffet, khá đa dạng, vừa miệng. Phòng hướng biển sạch sẽ, đầy đủ. Bể bơi đẹp 4 mùa, tuy nhiên phòng xông hơi chưa hoạt động và phòng gym thiết bị ít. Bar trên tầng 26 không gian đẹp. Nhân viên quan tâm khách. Trải nghiệm tốt, sẽ quay lại. Ngay đối diện Công viên Rồng của Sunworld, gần nhiều nơi ăn uống cafe đẹp.
