      I stayed here for a couple of days . All of their staff was excellent. They were friendly and very helpful to me. They went above and beyond their customer service to help me , especially when I ran into an unexpected personal issue in a new country and being a woman travelling alone. The room was in good condition, clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel was well maintained . I had stayed at some other hotels too during my stay in Malaysia at different locations but this was the best of all of the ones with regards to everything . I had bad experiences with other hotels that charged even more but services and everything was sometimes horrible. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and if I revisit Malaysia I will definitely stay at this hotel if I am in that location/area.

      The price is reasonable. Housekeeping aunty will come to change towel n etc. Good. I think the room cleaning can be improve. No kettle then can't boil water. Haha. Anyway overall good.
