5 stars from the check in to check out process. Check in process: The doorman welcomed me by open my car door and guide me to the reception. I was lining up behind the guest at the reception, then another staff spot me and told his coworker at the reception to serve me (the one i did not want to bother earlier because she seems busy with other stuff). the check in process was fast, easy and great. but maybe the receptionist need to put a little smile when serve the guests, in my opinion. Parking: parking spot were spacious, but there are just two working lift from basement to the room, it takes a while to get into the lift. Room : A bit disappointed because I booked king bed but got two single beds instead but it's fine! the room is super clean, not smelly and spacious enough for my family. Breakfast: Menu are superb and various. Got many side dish. Swimming pool: They provide pool for woman only! I love it. Will definitely come again here.

My two day nights stay in Hotel Tenera was very enjoyable. The room was clean and the staff friendly. In addition, conveniences are always a stone's throw away; eateries and places for shopping. Not to mention, my meeting place which was just 10 minutes away. All in all, I had already and will continue to recommend this hotel to friends and my contacts.

Its a brand new hotel in Bangi. Hotel was so nice & clean even the bed sheet & big pillows was so clean & comfortable. Reception Staff (malay guy) are friendly even late check in. We would suggest the use of shower curtain as the bathroom gets wet whenever we shower. Slippers will help with the cold tiles. Other than that, the apartment was a good personal space for work and rest.

Great stay”
We spent a night at ‘Studio King Apartment’. The room was spacious & clean. A nice place to relax & spent the night. Few hiccups tho, - ours was located in separate building (main building is where the lobby & restaurant are located), so check in & check out processes were a bit inconvenient. But there were a lot of parking spaces provided & each building has its own basement parking area so its nice. - there were varieties of food provided during breakfast, I’m impressed. Tho I personally think the food tasted okay, an average. But hey, I didnt tried everything. Staffs were friendly & helpful. Location is good. Its near the Ostia area so can do some shopping easily too. Overall, its a great stay. Definitely will stay here again if we’re in town.

I've stayed here several time. And i think if someone want to go to Bangi, Putrajaya, UPM and near that region, they better stay here at Tenera. Very good staf, very good room. But at weekend, i suggest they do something about over pack on breakfast. So many people, with not enough food and place. But other than that, i think this is the best place for that region.

I used to run here everytime I need proper sleep before covid hits.. Now I get to come back and thanks to you guys I got my recharge time back. Awesome hospitality., despite agoda's weird change way of payments, the front desk calmly explained the situation. The current breakfast place is a bit dimmed and can't see the chefs behind the counter was a bit aww though but I understand the necessity. Either way, a great hotel to stay for a quick/ long stay..Thanks

The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is above average. The room has an extra pillow and the bed is very comfortable—excellent service provided by the hotel. The pool was nice and you don't have to bring your own towel to the pool.

this is the best plus points I think for this hotel. the female only swimming pool. The rest are also top notch. I stayed for two weeks so love this, as a muslim woman I can use the pool without wearing the hijab to swim. the pool is as spacious as the common pool outside. I didnt come with my children though, otherwise it will be difficult as the children's pool is outside.

OK but not all OK”
I've booked to overnight because my old friend want to treat me lunch here. The food was very nice, there was so many option and I couldnt eat all. But its ok. Maybe next time. The only thing that not OK for me was: 96% guest recommend this hotel and gave good review, so eventhough the price maybe a bit high, but when my friend and I enter the Standard King Room we got, I was greeted with 2 cockroaches inside the toilet. I was about to enter the toilet, and suddenly it came out. We tried to kill them but only managed one, and another one ran away through the drain hole. The faucet for toilet was also loose so I need to detach it and use only pipe. When I plan to take bath, then I realized no towel inside the toilet, except face towel. I directly call receptionist and a staff came shortly after to send the towel. Thanks. Because I was a bit frustrated, so my friend and I decided to have in-room dinner. We call and made order to the restaurant, and luckily, the food was great. The oxtail soup was so delicious and the pizza also acceptable (for people like us who iare working in food industry). I had lunch session with my besties on the next day, and before we went back home, we dropped by at the toilet at restaurant level and the surau. We were greet with the cockroaches smell in the toilet. I think drain hole of the hotel got problem with the cockroaches. The surau is clean and spacious. Overall, i satisfied for some reason, but not fully satisfied for other reason. Hopefully the hotel can improve further on the pest control issue. Thank you.
