The hotel is clean and staff are very friendly and a warm welcome from staff named LYA! I personally satisfied my stay and very convenient for those who are hungry at night and wants to eat something light, there are snacks they sell at the lobby. Room condition also nice. 8/10 overall.

I was drive from johor bahru to Melaka and directly to Seremban to check in my hotel at Hotel Villa Negeri Sembilan, before i check in, i settled all my task here and decide to check in after 10pm. around at 11pm, i arrive at Hotel and show my booking that I book last 2 days before I came that hotel. Suddenly the staff ask me to wait for a moment and he make a called, I heard there was a issued. The issued is my room that I booked already check in by someone else. Then the staff apologised because there is no more room which is Queen Room the same that I order. Suddenly I really surprisedly they decide to give free upgraded which is King Triple Suit without any charged. The staff is Daus. He really polite and keep apologize for the issued. Then after I came back JB, my hard disk accidentally left at that hotel. I called the Hotel then again the Staff Daus pickup my call, he checked for me either my hard disk still have or not, good to hear that he said my personal belonging still there and he kept for me. Thank you so much for the great service at Hotel Villa. Please send regard to Daus and praised him, he really give me a super duper great customer service. I believe that he is an asset to your company. really appreciated it! Good job

Very clean room. Nice, friendly and helpful staff named Lya. We need to exchange date and she helps to smooth the process. When we need to change room also she helps to ease it. Room very clean especially toilet. Location is strategic, near to mall and highway. Parking is a bit limited and if you have to park at the side of the hotel, the parking is quite gelap but everything is okey.

I stayed in 2 other hotels in Negeri Sembilan but none compared to this, those on a budget but want affordable, quality accomodations, this is the place to stay. Noteworthy mention Staff by name of Lyaa and Wati provided excellent customer service. Polite, friendly and helpful. Didn't merely ask for feedback after stay but noted it down for follow up action. The professionalism shown here was simply astounding, luggage storage assistance was also provided. Looking forward to my next stay here, from the ipohmali guy.

Receptionist Amira welcoming us with a very good hospitality even we check in to hotel quite late night. She explain all the procedure and assist us very well. She also asking us to inform her if the room not okay. The room quite big. All amenities is good and the room is very clean. Very recommended.
