if you travelling with your family and only have a limited budget, then you could choose this hotel, the family room are good and clean, with a good staff and garden view. The hotel location is nearby a market and there is a delicious Gudeg Bu Tatik at around it, you can only walk a few meters to there.

Beware! Bed bugs !!”
We were staying 1 night at this hotel, everything was ok, got terrace to hang out with friends, bed room is spacious and look clean, shower and toilet is ok. Was staying in three beds room, woke up at 6 am and my friend couldn't sleep because itchy all over his body, with red skin. We turn on the lights and found BED BUGS, running around on his bed and blanket. Luckily only his bed that got BED BUGS. So avoid this hotel, especially if you with children.

The price is cheap... internet worse for one day”
Price is cheap .. internet was worse the first day . They move me to another room but the room was very dirty. Every morning wake up too early because many masjid too loud. Ask for a late check out for one hour. Can not. I must pay the half price for the room. Bad service from the hotel .

Good price, good location and clean hotel. ”
This hotel is located in a smaller 1 lane aisle leading to the main road. You can walk to mini mart or pub which is located on the main road. Room is ok for this price. I got a 2 single bed as they run out of room with double. My room has a balcony facing the front entrance but it was not noisy. Hotel is clean but it has seen it's greater days. Breakfast is served, again, appropriate for the price you pay. It's not grand but enough and filling. Staff has limited vocab in English but they are helpful. My complain would be the water pressure for shower is significantly on the low side but hot water is available.

I wanted to have a double bed, but got a twin one instead. The staff told me double bed room is finished :( Room is clean and on the bigger side. Water is low on pressure in the bathroom. There is a balcony where you can sit outside. This hotel does not face the mainframe road, so it's nice and quiet. There is buffet breakfast. It's simple but enough.

Worth your money”
I love the environment and their breakfast. They have friendly and helpful staff. Just 2 things I want to complain, 1 is air-conditioned not well functioning and the water pressure in bathroom so low. Hope they can improve this. Other than that everything is superb.

Good place, especially on 'sale' season. Clean room and the breakfast is good. Easy to get Go-car. There is a Warung Padang nearby, the food is delicious. There is also Warung Sambal in a walking distance (around 20 minutes) Unfortunately, the pool is the other Winoto Sastro, not in this one.

Cheap but not clean enough”
The rooms are pretty cheap, staff are friendly, breakfast served is nice though not much variety. However the lights in the room are pretty dark, the bathroom is dirty, water heater is not working properly and low water pressure shower. It's time for renovation.

The hotel has a cold and poorly maintained feeling. Staff were satisfactory, but our room was dirty (mildew and mold in the shower) and the breakfast was horrible (we chose to buy breakfast elsewhere). Value for money, this was awful. There are so many other, nice hotels nearby, so stay elsewhere.

Not well-maintained”
Room is spacious. Bathroom is not clean, bottom of wooden door is rotting due to water splash. Trails of ants can be seen in the bathroom. Water pressure of the showerhead is too weak but surprisingly water pressure of the sink/ bidet are very strong. Water temperature is hard to adjust. No toilet roll. Hair dryer is not available upon request. Breakfast has very limited choice, once finished some foods are not replenished despite still within breakfast time.

Large triple room, good location (down a side street off from Jalan Parangtritis - lots of restaurants/food options and travel info centers are located - also easy to get transport on this street to other areas of the city), friendly staff and a nice breakfast to start the day.

Pleasant stay”
Me and my friends stayed at 1st floor, however, the connection wifi can't get through from our room. The strength connection of wifi only can be accessible at the lobby area. We love the breakfast even though the menu is simple. The bathroom is ok although it is not really in good condition (old).
