"If the hotel can keep maintaining the quality of their service and hospitality, I strongly recommend this hotel. The pillow was really soft and the position of the electrical points are excellent; designed thoroughly. My special thanks to this one hotel concierge (I presume), a young and tall gentleman ,looked really good in his brown Baju Melayu and songkok for his attentive and solicitous service. The only drawback is the wet area (bathtub, toilets etc) is not designed ergonomically. Only 2 stars for the facilities because it's a new hotel, nothing much to explore. If the area is prohibited for entry, a proper signage would be helpful so that the guests are not wrongly accused for trespassing. "

"Stayed over the Xmas holidays with my husband and it was really good. Our room was very spacious & clean. The bathroom was huge with a full size bath tub & separate shower area. Love the entire hotel decor as it was very Melaka-inspired with wooden carvings & heritage motifs, very grand ambience. The service team was excellent, very courteous & polite, they really tried their best despite the hotel being fully booked. The front office team was also excellent, very smooth check in & a very special thank you for solving the smoke smell issue. Keep up the good work & all the best for this hotel! Location tip : The hotel is just 5 mins in after you exit the Ayer Keroh toll & about 20 mins away from Bandar Hilir, so be sure to have a transport ready if you plan on sightseeing the Jonker area. It was excellent location for us as we wanted to stay away from the traffic jam & tourist crowded area."

"Overall, I find my stay quite pleasant. The hotel is looks pretty close to a 4 star hotel if they could add 1-2 more plug points and have a door to their cupboards. The choice of food is fair and nice but preferably if they could add some Malaccan cuisine would be appreciated. The hotel is chosen relatively because it is near to our working site, the Orand Asli Museum which is also nearby the Crocodile Park and Malacca Zoo. The hotel may wish to add a signboard near the roundabout at the planetarium as we miss the turning there on our way to find the hotel. "

"I stay for duplex room. It is more expensive because its big room for 4 people, should can fit more. It got 2 storey! Very surprising for a cheap hotel like this to have 2 level floor inside a room! 2 single beds, 1 queen bed, 1 big sofa bed. The upper floor room got a bathtub. They should clean and scrub the bathtub because it got stain. Well, i just bought a clorox downstair and clean it myself. Apart from that everything is very clean and new! Got two restaurants downstair but the cafe at ground floor in front of the lift is very cheap. RM7 for very good Nasi Goreng Kampung with Fry Eggs. Also got chicken chop for RM10. U should try the Ramly burger which is very good at RM4! Dont buy Mi Goreng though, too salty. They can also deliver the cheap foods to your rooms (by plastics) but I strongly recommended u eat downstairs because of the presentation of the food in the plate. Breakfast is surprisingly good but...not so tasty. Got gym but didnt try that. Parking is sufficient and good too. Lift is quite fast. Check in process needs 15 minutes which is quite slow. Nevertheless im very satisfy staying at this hotel and very good for your money. For all of you kind people who read this and wish to stay here, please help me to bring cat foods. There are two stray cats here, one located on ground floor on the other building in front of convinient store- a white cat. The other cat is located on 2nd floor around the restaurant. Please help me to find them and give them foods. God bless you. "
