For the shower, the water pressure are strong, which I find very satisfying. They offer good in-room service selection with reasonable price. Overall, the stay in this hotel is a wonderful experience.

There are things need to be improved especially in the interior aspect of superior room. I noticed that the lighting in the room is not bright because the room has dim lighting. For a woman, it is totally difficult to do make-up in the room because the mirror only in the bathroom where it would be nicer if the hotel also provide mirror in the room. My suggestion is to improve the quality service in responding calls from customers. well...there are also many good things staying in Grand Whiz Hotel Kelapa Gading. The hotel serves good food, comfortable room (there are many room types to choose from), friendly and helpful staff, and most importantly you have to try the massage...i love it!!! over all my stay in Grand Whiz Hotel Kelapa Gading was good :)

Bathroom and toilet are clean but the shower area has no door so the water sometimes spills to toilet area. Near to Mall of Indonesia (only 5 mins by car). I also can hear the voices from next room clearly, guests voices, toilet flush, etc. . Need soundproof for the room. Overall: Good value for money for a budget hotel. Will stay again when I need a budget hotel in Kelapa Gading area.

My budget was limited and I really wanted a place to stay near the exam place, the nearer, the better. Even in Vrateloka, the price for this hotel is above IDR 300k. For the price I paid it was definitely more than I expected. The room wasn't too wide and it only provide a small thin blanket, but for anything else it was really decent. The location was strategic and the staff was helpful. They were willing to keep my luggage for 7 hours after I checked out because my train home was scheduled at 11pm and I needed to spend my time somewhere else. The receptionist and the security guard was so friendly. There was also an Indomaret, right beside the hotel. Bring extra blanket yo
