"The hotel building, rooms and.staff are really good. The breakfast was good as well. We booked two rooms- which is spacious for us. We dont have any complaints from the staff nor the management but we are not happy being disturbed very early in the morning from 4:30- 6:00 am. The doors from the next rooms were very noisy. The occupants were so disrespectful banging the doors so loud! Voices were so loud at the hallway. A water bottle was dropped by a C_ _____ se national at the entrance of the elevator and glasses were scattered around the floor and wasnt even bothered to call any assistance from the hotel. At the restaurant., We were in the queue but was always cut by those group of "tourists" who were very rude... A very bad morning for our family... "

"Smelled and looked like a brand new building. Rooms pretty small but very clean. Couldn't have asked for anything more for the price, was a great experience. Cons: There was a sign saying the gym was closed. Also the wifi was pretty terrible."

"We selected this hotel due to the star rating and the proximity to the airport. We had an early flight the next morning and were very keen to find a hotel with few distractions. The restaurant was great and the room was massive. A very lush business flavoured hotel. Not a great deal of character, it's a new hotel but immaculately presented and very welcoming. The swimming pool area is incredible and truth be told, was the reason that we selected this place. Looking out over the city during a romantic sunset and due to the lack of patrons there, meant we had the world to ourselves. A lovely refreshing welcome drink in the Grand Cafe was great, sadly not a very inviting outside area. The hotel is on a major road and although not one of the busiest roads, doesn't add to the relaxation aspect. The cocktail menu was extensive, but not very informative when it came to ingredients. Made me hesitant to try new ones. I suspect that the hotel has the Thai Airways contract and as a result, a lot of passengers from delayed connections and cancelled flights arrived around 9pm. Best to get into the restaurant and pool before they do. Nothing wrong with them, just the sudden influx of people is a little overwhelming at times. Overall, a great hotel that has the potential to get better and better. We're stoked we got to see it for such a relatively cheap price. It's definitely a hotel I will use again, if only for the swimming pool on the 10th floor and the complimentary fruit platter."

"Great place. Good interior. Nice mood. Calm. Friendly staffs. Cheap price. Great wifi connection.(no id/password. i love this one) Not good location. Hard to get 7-11. Nothing around at hotel for eating or hanging out. No laundry service. Aggressive dogs are barking front of the lobby gate. They are living in parking lot of the hotel. To care back to hotel in the night."

"if you want to stay inbthe Ramkhamhaeng / Huamak area despite the recent nightmare traffic situation on Ram due to the MRT construction works, then this is a great and affordable option. it is a typical Thai style apartment, and many of the tenants are long-stayers, but it's equally convenient for just a few days. easy Access to Huamak Airport rail link station, avoiding the traffic on Ram road. my room had a large fridge and even a balcony. the ubiquitous "Seven" is just a stone throw awayvas are several local street food dining options. if you want it a tad fancier, head to nearby Mall Bangkapi where chain restaurants can be found in abundance. just keep in mind this is a completely non-touristic area and few people speak English"

"This hotel (zotel?) is located close to Vejthani Hospital, where one of Thailand's best dental clinics is also located. And across Lat Phrao Rd is the Bang Kapi Mall, a typical new Bangkok mall with many restaurants and stores/shops. Also proximate is Happyland. An extinct amuzement park with a dark past. It is now a cheap mall and food stalls, but many Thai believe that it is still haunted. You can read about Happyland history elsewhere. Other than these features Zotel is located too far from Sukhumvit, airports or transit. I left the hotel at 7AM hoping to access MRT at Lat Phrao station (soi 23) and then take the 30 minute ride to Hua Lamphong to catch a 10AM train. I gave up after sitting in traffic jams on Lad Phrao for 2 1/2 hours and went to Mo Chit to catch a bus North. If you want anything except Bang Kapi Mall, Happyland or Vejthani skip this place. Otherwise it is nice."

"Arriving at 2a.m., we stayed for just a short night before going to Pattaya. Although it's quite hard to find the hotel entrance as it's inside a small tech mall and there's no grand entrance, the hotel quality is unexpectedly good. The small lobby and rooms are well designed with a modern classy style which is impressive! Although the price is budget hotel price but the design doesn't look cheap! Really appreciate it! We booked a 2-bedroom suite and it's very big with living room, dining room & 2 bathrooms! Really goood value for money! There are no restaurants around, only a coffee shop selling drinks and cakes. So we just had lunch at the hotel restaurant on the 6/F. Surprisingly the food tasted so good! We are amazed by the cooking! You can see that the chef cooked with a heart! Price is very reasonable too! ...even though we 're the only customer that day. I think the hotel mainly caters for tour groups. If you're just staying briefly at a budget, we highly recommend it!"

"A great new build (6 mths old) hotel situated in the heart of Ban Kaphi, Bangkok. Not being fans of Bangkok we were pleasantly surprised. This hotel is located in a side street just off main road in a clean and quiet upcoming area with a couple of bars and restaurants. The hotel was excellent with standard basic rooms, A/C etc, spotless clean with clean beds and bed linen. We didn't book breakfast when booking and paid separately for this and it was cheaper. Breakfast was buffet style and more than adequate. We would stop here again and were so chuffed with our find. You really would not know that you were in the heart of Bangkok."
