we went to nan to visit a friend and ended up staying at the huan gum gin hotel. we were so happy with the hotel and nan that we ended up staying a few extra days. nan is a beautiful town with lots to offer. we stayed in a total of 12 different hotels in our time in thailand and this was by far our favorite.

Beautiful Place”
Nan is a charming city and Huan Gum Gin was in the heart of the city! We only stayed for one night but utilized the bikes to see all the temples near by! Free breakfast of eggs,toast, sausage, and a salad! The owners don't speak english but they were extremely friendly and tries their best! Over all I loved it and would stay again!

Nan may be the best kept secret in Northern Thailand. It's a beautiful area! My husband and I stayed at Huan Gum Gim Hotel in late December. The room was beautiful and clean. A very nice break from all the budget accommodations we'd gotten used to. The room didn't have a private bathroom but there were two on our floor and they were cleaned regularly. Overall it was a great stay.

Good hostel type accomodation”
This is a small hotel with character in Nan Province. Close to Nan walking street and many attraction in Nan. There are 6 rooms which nicely decorated. Not large but comfy, feel like stay at home. The hotel also provide free WiFi. Staff will provide you with the password when checking in. There are also bicycle for guest to borrow.

Good Service and Kindly Lady Boss”
Very clear with the floor. My friend fall down with the Slippery floor. very funny. Lady Boss don know speak much english. But, she will try to explain for you.Very kind. Location is good. But, i rent motor near by this hotel.You just ask from lady boss. She will tell you. This place was peaceful and they don know much english. may be you can use translate for them. That is easy way.From this hotel to every where also near. If i come Nan again. I must come back this hotel.. Wan to Said Thank you to the lady boss ^^ ขอบคุณมาก

Value for money”
We found that no room for us though we have reserved the room through Agoda in advance. Anyway, the owner offered us another hotel nearby and she allowed us to use free bicycle and have breakfast at Huan Gum Gin Hotel. We OK with the offer as the hotel we stay was good enough, big and clean. There are many restaurants nearby the hotel.

Clean, reasonably priced and centrally located in town. This small quaint guesthouse is ideal for solo travelers on a budget or couples looking to get away for a weekend. The staff are kind and very helpful when planning your day in Nan on their complimentary bicycles. Two thumbs up!

Wonderful tradional homestay style hotel authentic Thailand ”
Pros You will feel as a guest of a family, who will treat you with upmost privacy. The rooms are clean and decorated very nicely in a traditional style Excellent free espresso coffee for breakfast. Didn't try the standard American breakfast, but if you request a Thai dish by the Thai name they are happy to make for you as I enjoy savoury rice porridge(keow tom). Family atmosphere in the reception and dining area. Hotel is built out of two adjoining old Chinese shops, with all the original teak stairs and floors beautifully pollished(the same floor boards other reviews complained about, they were only minimally creaky) Services in the room were great water, aircon, drinking water etc. The biggest pro is the place is dirt cheap the price seemed to good to be true. Great location Cons Wifi not working on the night I stayed but I don't go on holiday to surf the net The staff don't speak English very well but do their best to communicate.

Hotel is located in the city center and weekend market is just in front of the hotel along the street. It is worth staying and suits for budget travelers. Staffs have service mind and their breakfast is ok. WIFI connection is a bit weak at the room.

The hotel is located on the walking street and next to a jewelry shop. There's a local restaurant on the ground floor. The food tastes great and many variety. Our room is in the back so it's quiet. Hotel also provide free bicycle too.

the hotel is very nice. it is very close to the sea. The best thing about this hotel is the swimming pool. It is very long and it is very clean as well. The morning buffet is terrific.
