Good Location and nice staff”
The location is convenient for me,enought car park and nice staff but Its would be great if the room have kettle. By the way I was in COVID-19 situation,so there was very quite and less resturant open,so if I have a change to fo back Ill stay here again.

Suitable for traveler who want to travel in Doi Suthep, Chiangmai University, and Nimman Areas. Especially who has rent the car or motorcycle. It near many landmark but without transportation (Red Van took so long to/from the city.

Room is small”
Old building the room is very small and not convenience to stay for 2 persons. The toilet is not clean. And the location quite ok but far from Nimman area by walking.

Small and clean hotel with a few problems”
The hotel is quite close to Chiang Mai University and close to the main Huay Kaew road leading out of CM, but very difficult to locate (look for a small side road opposite the Chiang Mai Puchome Hotel). Getting into the town centre takes about 20 minutes by car and the hotel is convenient for Doi Suthep, the Night Safari and the Airport. The hotel is clean with adequately sized rooms and a typical 'Thai' breakfast buffet of some fruit, eggs, toast etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel has two fatal flaws: 1. There is a bar close to the hotel which seems to play very loud music until about 2.30am every night - making sleep very difficult. 2. The WiFi does not work well. Despite the best efforts of their staff I could not get a working connection.

Small hotel, good location”
Small room, quite old furniture, seemed clean but in the desk drawer, there were garbages....yakkk! Inroom- Wireless didnot work. No refrigerator in room but at the first floor, there was a little store selling snacks and cold beverages. Breakfast was normal, buffet style with limited choices of boiled rice, ham, sausage, eggs, toast, jam, butter, instant coffee, tea, cereal, and milk. Overall, it was just so-so accommodation. A pub some 50-70 metres in front of the hotel generated too loud noises at night. Not expensive but we can still find a better service hotel with the same price in & around chiangmai. I know i won't be back there again, unless i was desperately in need of a place to stay close to chiang mai university.

Good Location but Small Rooms”
Good location not far from the middle of hip street (Nimmanhemin Road) . In the night time not have a loud noise. But small room and not have refrigerator. Breakfast is normal. (egg, sausage, bread, jam) Good in service and polite for the staffs.

Friendly Roomates”
Even during the off-season this hotel costed a bit above what others around Chiang Mai did, despite it being nearly entirely empty. Due to it being empty, or maybe the room design allowing critters to hide in many places, there was a spider the size of my skull that ran out from the ceiling on my second night there when I was getting up. There's also tons of "friendly" white ants, they don't bite, ever (unlike black ones which may in some cases), who will will around the corners of the room, but they didn't bother me as I'm used to them. But the spider, combined with the ants and other beetle-like creature I encountered in my room, lack of a screen on the window or a fan (thus more-or-less forcing you to use not so clan air conditioning), etc, I wouldn't stay here again. If you don't have kids, even as a couple, local hostels are cleaner and no more expensive than here, and if you have kids you shouldn't ever trust the critters in the rooms here if it's not tourist (busy) season.

Amazing value for money!”
Very happy with our stay! The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the warm breakfast. Staff are very friendly. The internet was a bit unreliable at times but it was fine. About 10-15 minutes walk from Maya mall. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff here were lovely and so helpful! The rates were amazing for such a lovely clean and comfortable room (bathroom is amazing!!) A great spot to skip the traffic if u are heading to pai and nervous on the bikes as we were! Very near the big maya shopping centre.

The room was adequate size and carefully prepared. The hotel itself is back from the road so quiet at night. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast which was included was adequate but sparse.

ck in at the hotel and end up on the third floor with suit cases without an elevator. when enter the room, found that the room haven't clean yet and lots of nasty thing around so called the front desk to move to other room but the only room that available didn't have hot water. So I refused to stay at this hotel and requested if there was another hotel that close by, the front desk guy was very helpful and moved us to another hotel which was alot nicer.

i has been to stayed there for two nights for business trip the first night that room are good then the second night they didn't change the bed wear for my room I the bed wear just only making it like to clean but we see the bed wear are same last night coz my roommate she had makeup flowdown on the bed still have the powder on it...that crazy we paid 800+ per night and we tired to wait them to clean the room coz time to late midnight just sleepy and sleep on duity bed for two nights..Bad!!

. The swimming pool was ice cold ... the breakfast go early as they do not replace food as it is consumed. . The first morning we went at 8.30 am and we had rice soup thrusted at us with no other option ... . Then the door to our room had locked itself and we was unable to gain access . Locked meaning the safety bar had somehow engaged itself and even though we could open the door the bar had engaged itself .. the the hotel is located in a out of the way side street and not many taxi drivers know where it is .... the swimming pool is located on the second floor and is accessed through the the gym ... there is only two sunbeds so if there are more then two guests using the pool at the same time be prepared to ether stand or sit on the floor ... it also has limited sun
