Small hotel with old facilities”
I booked a bed in a dorm room and there was no one staying in the whole room. Only stayed for a night. The bed and the room are clean and large. But the bathroom is quite old and small. However it is acceptable for the price. The location is great as it is on the main street of Hue where you can go on one walk and discover a lot along the Perfume review. The boutique is situated in the Foreigner area so it is very easy to find good place for eating, drinking and coffee shop nearby.

The hotel / homestay was well located. The staff were helpful and helped us organise a sightseeing tour around The Hue temples and a bus back to Da Nang. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean with no issues.

Lovely experience ”
My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights (Feb 2017). The staff were so incredibly lovely, friendly and helpful. I made a mistake on my booking but it was no problem for them and quickly amended. The free breakfast was lovely. Always accompanied by some free fruit and always offered extra tea or coffee. The room was clean and made up daily. Basic but exactly what you need. Mini bar stocked. The staff helped us booked onto a great day tour of the city, which covered everything we wanted to see plus free lunch. They also booked our onward travel to Hoi An. Overall fantastic!! We'd stay again if we ever return to Hue.

Would definitely come back”
Hotel was small but lovely and the staff could not have been friendlier. We arrived on the nightbus from Hanoi and they quickly turned our room around so we could freshen up for the day. They had lots of recommendations of what we could do around the area and sent us to an extremely nice restaurant. We could not fault the service we received and all for a very cheap price. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices again I can't recommend this homestay enough.

Very Nice ”
We were greeted by an enthusiastic and friendly staff who went out of their way to check us in early and recommend things for us to do in Hue. (They were not pushy at all either, just genuinely trying to help!) room was spacious and clean enough. Location was excellent. We left early the next day and they still made sure we got breakfast before leaving. Only real complaint was that it stayed a bit noisy through the night but that was just due to the location. I would stay again!

Staffs, Location ”
I stayed here for one night, this hotel stay at the end part of Huong river which is not too near but convenience to access the City Center, Huong River and the Royal Place. The staffs here are too warm and helpful. The room was clean and big but the air conditioner didn't working well. Generally, it was a great night/day at this hotel. It worth what you spend.

Great little hotel, brilliant staff”
We stayed here for two nights while travelling around Vietnam. We were really surprised at how nice this hotel was. The room was lovely (really big and we had a balcony with a pretty view). Great location; 5 minutes from backpacker district (bars etc) and about 20 minutes walk from the Imperial City. The best part of this hotel was the staff though. They were really friendly and went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was also really nice. The building itself has seen better days, but that shouldn't deter you from staying st this great hotel.

Boutique ?”
Hue Boutique Hotel... well the boutique is gone. My room was spacious, as a solo traveler I had a room with a queen bed and two single beds. Beds were comfortable, the room itself was very hot. Airconditioning unit made the room cooler after 45 min. No double glazing, and the hotel is located on the corner of 2 "busy" (for Hue standards) streets. So expect some noise of those motorbikes and the horns. Value for money ? I paid 16.5 usd for 1 night, sure enough there are other hotels - more modern and up to date - available at that price. I didn't take breakfast in the hotel, so no comments on that. Will I be staying there again ? If all the other hotels are fully booked, it will be my last choice.

Very good value for money”
Originally booked in for one night. Very easy to find, within walking distance to restaurants and bars and across the bridge from the Imperial City. Staff were very very friendly, always giving advice and tips and letting us borrow umbrellas when it was raining. Free breakfast is a massive plus! They also booked us a private boat tour to the Thien Mu Pagoda which was much appreciated. We ended up extending another night with no problems and no need to move rooms. Room slightly dated but very comfortable with working AC and good speed WiFi. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff”
Staff is naturally friendly and is proactive in supporting you or figuring out what you want to do and how best to do it. The hotel has all the amenities itscategory would suggest: hot shower, hair dryer, English TV channels, AC, you can rent motorbikes, they organize tours, etc. The only negative thing is, the hotel is a bit shabby, it could do with a fresh coat of paint.

Loved it”
The staff here were so friendly! I never had such a warm welcome when I was travelling. Immediately they took our bags, gave us some orange juice and sat with us to talk about what we wanted to do and our options. They really made this trip! I got really sick one morning and had to stay another night, which they accommodated, and they also helped my girlfriend get whatever I needed which was nice. Only problem was the ants (?). Bugs don't bother me so it was not an issue for us, but there was quite a few in growing numbers by the end of our trip. As I said not an issue for us but maybe for some! Thanks!

Loud Location Kind Staff”
The bedsheets were dirty when we arrived, we asked for clean ones and they were promptely changed. This is NO BOUTIQUE HOTEL but a minihotel with low standard equipment. The stay has been nice because of the staff, which is extremely nice and helpful.
