We had a great stay at the Hue Family Boutique Homestay - Phu and his family were lovely and always helpful, helping us book our onward travel and answering any questions we had. We had already checked out in the morning and returned for our bags; Phu made us both a fresh mango juice and offered to let us use their shower. The room was clean and spacious; fantastic value!

The hotel has a nice view, I book the room with city view. The hotel opposite with Huong Giang resort. I can see their garden and partial of Huong river. The breakfast is basic egg, bread, rice, pan cake, coffee, tea, juice and fruits too. The service is excellent. The room is large and clean. I be back next time to Hue.

Nice place to stay”
We enjoyed our stay but do not understand the enthusiasm of some other references. Staff was very helpful in terms of help with the travel and the surroundings, however we did not find them very friendly and rather arrogant (the guy at reception was making fun of us, but not in a nice way). Whole place felt more like a hotel than a homestay, not very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was nice, so overall good value.

Pros: Very nice hostel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is delicious and there were many options. We definitely recommend this homestay. Cons: The room smelt a little bit like mold and wasn't very clean. But it was decent for the price we payed.

This is the perfect example of an affordable guesthouse/hotel that is made better by the staff. They're very generous, offering coffee and tea upon arrival with a filling breakfast. The rooms are spotless and the wifi is good. Motorbikes for rent at a reasonable price. Map of the city was given to us with recommendations that came in very handy. Highly recommend this accommodation!

this is definitely one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. all the staff are EXTREMELY helpful and friendly with great knowledge of the area. the room was very impressive (and we only chose the standard double) the price was under our budget also. is definitely one of the best places we have stayed in our 6+months travelling s.e asia

Very nice staff, clean room”
We enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice and had good AC. We had our own little balcony which was nice. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. We hired a scooter through them and that took us everywhere we needed to go. VERY good location. Close to good shopping and restaurants, but far enough to be quiet. Would come back.

Với mức giá như này thì chỗ này siêu ổn, phòng sạch sẽ, nội thất bình thường, ko kiểu sang chảnh sống ảo nhưng sạch sẽ, nhân viên cực thân thiện giúp mình gọi xe taxi và trả giá trước để ko bị chặt chém, dịch vụ phòng khá đầy đủ, vị trí rất tiện đi lại, và là khu trung tâm ăn uống, nhiều quán cafe, bar, 11-12h ra đường vẫn còn tập nập người, nếu quay lại huế nhất định mình sẽ lại ở chỗ này.

Right in the centre of town, close to the main walking street. Friendly and welcoming staff. Really REALLY comfy double bed. Bathroom was a good size and clean. Room could have been a little bit bigger. No real complaints!

good location. clean room. this hotel sold mineral water bottle cheaper than any mart so no need to buy them outside. basic amenities. hair dryer provided. hot water worked. one minor thing is that we got a balcony facing the wall of the next building. didnt try the breakfast so cannot say.

Good room with working A/C and clean linen, good value for money. However, did not realize breakfast wasn’t included in our stay. The toilet leaked from the bottom creating an awful smell and ants were all over the bathroom. Other than this friendly staff that are very helpful. Close to many restaurants.

We’ve been travelling SE Asia for a few weeks and this was the best place we’ve stayed in. All of the staff were sooo lovely and helpful, our room was nicer than the pictures and the room was thoroughly cleaned for us the next day - they went above and beyond. The location is fantastic and their breakfast is a fab bonus too!
