huen kuang nan is a new family business hotel with reasonable price. it locates right in nan downtown close to wat hue kuang and national museum withing walking distance. standard room provides wireless, cable tv, air-con, hot shower and fridge. thanks to agoda we found this hotel and we will stay here again when we visit nan.

A lovely familiy run small hotel in central Nan.”
This was my third stay since Feb 2013 great place to stay when visiting the lovely city of Nan. Easy walking distance to all the central sights or rent a bike to explore more of the town. Around the corner just a moment away is a great restaurant, Tony's Place offering Thai and western food. I'll certainly be back to Huen Kuang.

This was my second stay at Huen Kuang Nan, very satisfactory with nice clean room. Wat Phumin is about 10 min walk and hotel is located in quiet residential area.

fantastic location nearby many attractive places and city radius,clean room,unique decoration style and equiped all facilities,quited and nice circumstance ,plus reasonable price!!! moreover, the staffs were very nice , service mind and friendly ,feel relax and comfortable just like u are at your home.. i will come to stay here again for sure for my next visit in nan !!!

Good budget hotel, well located”
A very pleasant, clean pension style hotel, centrally located. The rooms themselves are clean and cool, though with white floor tiles and walls do not expect "coziness". The rooms are sparsely decorated and lack character on the inside but the exterior is attractive and there is a small outside lobby area with free tea and coffee (no food but there are plenty of small restaurants and street stands nearby). All in all, nothing fancy but a good budget hotel from which to explore Nan and take a quiet rest. The staff are friendly and offer cheap bicycle hire (80B for 1 day). Aside from the temples and museum, the number one attraction of Nan is the Saturday evening market.

This hotel was perfect in every way. Close to the centre and to all the main tourist attractions. Spotless. The owner was really helpful, recommending great places to eat and see. Dropped us off at the bus station after our stay. Rooms are really big, an excellent hotel for your stay in Nan.

A very friendly Guest House”
I stayed at this Guesthouse whilst exploring the town and province. Neat, modern and comfortable room with ensuite shower. Family run, the friendly owner went out of her way to help me plan my daily excursions and make sure that I was comfortable. No food available however free coffee on offer all day. They picked me up from the airport (small charge) and dropped me off at the bus station when I left. I will stay here again when I return to Nan and would happily recommend this Guesthouse to friends.

Clean and budget hotel in the heart of Nan city. The hotel is located inside the small road (Soi) a bit difficult to find but GPS from Agoda via Google Map will help. Close to all important temples in the town. No breakfast provided but you can go to the morning market to taste some of the local foods.

Incredible deal in a great town”
This is one of the best deals we've had in our entire 1.5 month long trip in SE Asia. Large, clean room with a flat screen TV, big, comfy bed, and clean bathroom for less than $15/night. We took the overnight bus and came in early at around 6am and were able to check in right away. This was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and bike rental is cheap and convenient. Tony's place is also just around the corner. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel”
This hotel is in new condition and the housekeeping is excellent. It is not hard to find with good signage at the entrance to the lane at each end. There is ample parking. The room was large as was the bed. No English on the tv but that is not unusual. The owner does not speak English but is patient and everything worked out fine. I had no problems with noise in my room. I recommend this place.

The owner and staff of this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The lady even went to the bus station to inquire about available buses and the departure time. The room was adequate for the price. The only negative was the bed, it was the hardest we encountered in Thailand.

Clean and well located hotel”
Rooms are very clean with crew coming in every day to re do sheets and drop off water. A bit far from center of things but really within 10 minute walk. I also walked to bus station no problem. Everything in the room worked well and was well looked after. There is only coffee and tea no food whatsoever. I would stay again happily.

new clean family hotel with hospitality”
The hotel was only set up four months ago. It is new and clean and you get your money"worth It is not too far away from the bus terminus; if you do ot have too much luggage you can walk to it in about 20 minutes but it is not easy to locate as it is behind the museum and a temple; it is in a small lane (in Thailand it may be called a soi) You can have a simple free breakfast even Agoda says it is not included, thus some hospitality shown.

The best location and owner-serviced smalll hotel ”
Also very cheap, new and good room. The only con is cocks! If u don't like wake up early, dont stay here. We unfortunatley had to move out of this hotel after just one night.
