This hotel is just a few minutes walk to the jetty. Good for those after the cruise around Ha Long and not was wanting to rush back to the next destination. But there is really no reason to stay overnight in Ha Long Bay after the cruise as there is nothing to do it see there in the night.

Not the best option ”

First of all, stuff does not posess any level of english (except for one guy). Smell at the reseption is really bad because of the dirty kitchen beside. The worst thing that flash in the toilet was not working. Air conditioner os really weak so it was too hot. Its ok to stay one night but no more. People in the hotel are really nice towards customers but they are not really professional.

The room is well furnished/equipped with all the basic items as you can expect from a 2-star hotel, no add-ons. Still, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the room. The bed and blanket smelled really good. It's cozy. If you are lucky enough to have the (only) male manager around, you'll be well taken care of, and he can also speak English. Otherwise, you might encounter some unpleasant experiences during your stay if you are not speaking Vietnamese, since the other staff just don't know what to do and how to do things though they all are so nice, warm and willing to help. They don't speak any English. Some pluses: - Flexible check-in and check-out time - Good deal for single occupancy - Room service is available. Not many options of food, though

Charged too much for room”

We only stayed one night and upon checking out were charged 200000 extra VND because two of us stayed in the room instead of one person. Though the room was a standard double room. I have booked numerous times through agoda and have never had to input the number of guests, only the number of rooms. I feel this hotel totally took advantage of us. Nice enough people but I would never stay here again.

The place is pretty basic. The staff doesn't speak much English, but nonetheless it works for a short stay and is a good value for money.

I had a great time in this hotel and i really enjoyed to spend time in there. I will recommand this hotel to all my friends wo want to travel to Viet Nam and Halong. I am sure I will go back to this beautiful place.

Địa điểm gần khu du lịch và bãi biển, không gian yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, hợp túi tiền, nhưng nhân viên chưa linh động về phòng. Nhóm tôi book 3 phòng, 1 phòng điều hòa ko thể lạnh nổi quá nóng. Nhân viên ko cho đổi phòng. Các bạn nên kiểm tra kĩ máy lạnh trước nhé.
