Rooms nice BUT”
Great rooms and location , very poor level of service in the Churchill bar … to the point they tell you that you can’t use your laptop (even as a hotel guest) plus on checkout a daily discretionary charge of £18 that staff could not explain but I took off! This hotel thinks itself in a class it failed to attain

Fantastic central london luxury hotel”
This is the second time I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Churchill. It is a luxury hotel and the location is absolutely fantastic. The staff at the hotel are extremely welcoming and seem to go out of their way to do whatever you need, from the doorman to the reception to the Club staff. Really excellent. I booked a Club Room, which I highly recommend. The rooms are fairly standard, but large for UK standards. Well appointed and clean. The location is perfect. It is situated on Portman Square, which is a large park, which gives the impression of space. The hotel is a short walk to Oxford Street from which you can easily access downtown London to the left or towards Marble Arch and Harrods to the right. It is all right there. Nothing is more than a short walk away. The hotel has a small gym (don't forget to turn on the air conditioning, otherwise it gets quite warm) and is quite a happening place. There is a restaurant downstairs that seems always busy and the Churchill Bar on the corner. But if you want to get outside the hotel, there are lots of eating and drinking options that are London favourites. Room Tip: Book a Club room. The Facilities are very English and very enjoyable.

Totaly great hotel to live. Best location with great access. Service swift and staff friendly. Recieption employees should be improved and should be more friendly. Breakfast area is accepted which located on 8th floor but usually i prefer the ground floor. Food is nice and the staff is friendly on the breakfast area. I dont like that much the view of my suite. I prefer city view and the street view. The elevator securite and should used after using access card which i like it Breakfast area access with room card as well which is great idea. I recommend also the online reservation without modifiy or upgrade on hotel. Also the beds for kids nice and the king bed for adult is massive and comfortable also the suite come with two bathrooms. The hotel is well situated just 5 minutes from Marble Arch which is ideal for shopping and catching a tube around London. The Regency Club has free canapes and drinks each night between 6-8pm which is a lovely way to start your evening. Be early there on Sunday for breakfast, or you may have to queue!

5 star bliss”
We couldn't have stayed at a better hotel. They are so efficient. I misplaced my agora hotel voucher but they made no fuss as it was all there. Some hotels can make an unnecessary fuss in the evenings we didn't have to go out as the hotel has a superb pianist and sometimes there's jazz it made my stay in London that much better as I could walk to Selfridges and Bond st etc. Great for walks in the park in the morning when weather permits

Serving with elegance and care ”
the hotel is well located and has managed to preserve the old english stile, upgraded with the american touch brought on with hyatt, like ironing facilities at the room, which are by the way very good, not least the beds which treaded one unusually well. the staffs are helpful and easily accessible. the restaurant and the sitting area at the 1st floor, as well as the bar is accommodative.

Great hotel, friendly staff”
Perfect!! Stayed for my husbands fiftieth birthday after a surprise night out in London for him. The staff were amazing at keeping the secret and did all they could to make our stay as special as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The next day we had booked in 11 people for the Sunday champagne - brunch- again a total surprise for my partner when he saw his closest friends warming themselves by the fire, waiting for him. The champagne kept flowing, the food was exquisite, the staff were all delightful. They even presented us with a chocolate birthday cake (even though they had hidden overnight the huge 50 birthday cake I had bought for him). I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff we met, but an especially huge thank you to Lee Osman who dealt with my numerous emails and requests prior to our stay

Perfect hotel for Oxford St area”
Was just perfect, staff are very friendly and supportive for any request you may have. Despite the renovation going on, however we couldn't feel it as it was always during day tome when we are out exploring London. The room provided, was recently renovated, clean & comfortable too.

Very comfortable hotel with immaculate spacious rooms. It is walking distance to the western end of Oxford Street and many famous shops are nearby. It is close to theatres and parks yet the surroundings are peaceful. The food, service and ambience were better than many prominent five star hotels. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Enjoyable time”
The hotel is well-located nearby the Oxford/Bond Street where you can spend whole day for shopping. Just couple mins walk to and from the Marble Arch Tube Station. I've stayed in the hotel couple times for business and personal trip. The room is so comfortable that I can sleep well at night. The place is quiet as it is just right behind the Portman Square. The setback is that the rate is a bit expensive that the breakfast is not inclusive in the room and internet is not free. Other than that, I have no complaints about this hotel.

great location and rooms with park views”
from the check in desk i knew my stay was going to be a pleasant one. got best seats for war horse when i booked from the hotel desk. they were also able to get us dinner booking at savoy grill with a days notice the sheets were changed everyday and we had the luxury of shopping on oxford st and walking back for a siesta or just to leave our bags. such luxury taxis were always available outside the hotel

It is a old fashioned classic hotel but the software is updated ”
The quality of toiletries and hangers is good, but the light of the dressing mirrors in the toilet is aimed at the counter and decorations instead of my face. The washroom facilities (such as the tap, handheld shower, etc) seem tired and should be replaced. The drawers in the closet are poorly designed too - the soft closing mechanism makes them resistant to being opened, but the handles are tiny and smooth and provide no grip whatsoever. It was wonderful however to have some refreshing drinks (cold water infused with various flavors) in the lobby we could enjoy after a long tiring day shopping. The door men are really well trained and welcoming. On the other hand, two out of three lifts were out of order on the second night of our stay so we had to wait quite a while for a lift and it was very crowded when it did arrive. Actually one lift seemed to be unavailable during the entirety of our stay.

amazing is the only word! The location really nice, view from my window is the small park which inspire my day. I stay in the club floor and the 8/f facility is not large but good enough to carry on my day
