We booked a standard king room during their promotional period and eho would have thought we'll have the best 2 days ever! Pros: *Staff are kind and accommodating*Spotless clean, everywhere*Best part, Manager Jacqueline made the experience so memorable by upgrading our room from Standard to Aqua Suite! She didn't have to, but BIG THANK YOU! Cons: *You need to book the antigen test with them as its required for the stay for 800/head. The queue literally took us 1 1/2 hrs to be tested and then 30mins for the result*Another line then once cleared to check in. (Which resulted for a few customers to complain, most of them rudely confronted the manager, where we cant help but step in to stand up for her. They cant understand that people needs to do their jobs and just want to be fair with all customers, no need to be mean and belittle anyone, just to get what we want, always be kind guys) Anyway, everythings alright actually even with the tests and the queues coz its understandable. Plus, we got the unexpected upgrade so overall, its a superb stay! I hope we can go back to the experience, but theres no more 3,200php promo lol I hope theres next time, because this is indeed MEMORABLE. Truly the highlight of our year as a couple so far ♥️ Thank you Hyatt, thank you city of dreams!

Title says it all. The hotel is new and modern. Check-in and check-out are fast and convenient. They got all our requests checked, and prepared. The designs and decorations are really nice. The staff are polite, well-trained, well-mannered, and well-groomed. Really fit for a five-star hotel. All items in the mini fridge are free and free refill. There is a clean electric kettle, and there was a dozen of free bottled mineral water in the room for just the 2 of us. All amenities are new, clean, and working. Our room, even though it is a standard, and the most basic, had a nice city view; floor-to-ceiling glass windows so it feels spacious. Same as their gym. It may look small, but complete, and airy because it of the glass windows overlooking the big space outside. Location is convenient even if you do not have a car. Family-friendly hotel, great staff”
Our family had an excellent stay at this family-friendly hotel. Our deluxe room was spacious, well-maintained, and everything functioned well. The internet speed was very fast. We had a great view of the pool too. We were provided several bottles of drinking water and everything in the mini bar was free. A few minutes after we arrived, our daughter received a luscious mini cake as she celebrated a school milestone. We also made several requests and they were accommodated. Booking, check-in, and check-out were all efficient. The staff we encountered were all friendly and well mannered. We’d like to make special mention of Queenie and Michelle at the front desk, and Dana of reservations for their exceptional service. We’re looking forward to spending a few days again at this hotel soon.

It was our last resort since flight to boracay was canceled because of restriction on leisure travel going in & out of NCR. We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we didn't regret booking here, we had a happy & memorable stay. The receptionist -Carl, surprised us a cake in a room which was exceptional! I did tell him that its our anniversary that day and he did make us felt important and happier! We felt safe and secure in the hotel as we need to take rapid antigen before check in. Without doubt one of the best hotels we stayed as family with young children. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Nessa and arranged our early check in process. We always book other hotels to celebrate special occasions. But it was our first time for my son to receive a special gift for his birthday during our stay. My son was so happy. He surely had a great time and felt really special on his birthday! Ms. Nessa deserves a special thanks. We love our room with the city view. The hotel is top, the rooms are nice and clean. The amenities are great. However the minibar has some moon prices (which even the staff agrees are way beyond). E.G.: 330ml BEER 224 PHP, Mini Liqueur (5cl) 450-560 PHP, a tin of mints 202 PHP, a Bottle of Mineral Water 224 PHP, soda cans 330ml 200 PHP, Juice cans 336 PHP. Other tna that the hotel is really nice with a huge casino - so you better stay away if you have a gambling problem. he Front staff is attentive and was so kind to print my flight E-Ticket. All your bags are X-Rayed before entering the hotel. However - this was the first hotel in my life that insisted that I surrender the bluetooth speaker to the security staff which is ridiculous as my mobile is probably eve louder if I turn the volume up. Would I stay there again? Sure, beause of convenience when you are there just for a night between flights... Good location, good hotel...

This is definitely husband's favorite hotel, it's close to the airport, mall and there's so many shops and restaurants inside. The room is spacious and clean and the staff were so friendly and attentive, they are always ready to help you with anything. I just wish that the pool have heater because the water was so cold in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.

we stayed in this hotel during the MDA of Uniteam last May 7. My family definitely enjoyed our stay. The room was big, the bathroom has a big tub as well. I was so happy with the complimentary bar food and drinks. We did not try the pool because it is a bit crowded, but definitely the staycation was so worth it.

We have a very memorable experience as we celebrated the birthday of my mother and sister. The staff were very accomodating and helpful. My brother left some of their stuff in the room and they were able to retrieve it even after 2 days after check out.
