Perfect Staycation”
Well I can say this is one of the best stays in Ubud! We had lovely nights over the stay due to it had a nicely-bedroom decoration, a private bathroom with hot and cold water, wooden chair, a mirror table, and a spot for relaxing in the front of the room. What we loved the most was the swimming pool which we were the only visitors to swim at lol. They had tropical garden which made it more locally. The owner and the surrounding were nice as well. Exceptional”
I Gusti Nyoman Oka Hostel was a great little family run homestay in the center of Ubud. Gusti and his family were extremely helpful the whole time, always making sure I was able to do what I wanted to do and get to where I was going next. The breakfast included is SO good and filling. This is a great place to stay that is a bit quieter as far as the amount of people in one hostel go, but it is still right in the center, walking distance from anything you would like to do right in Ubud. I highly recommend!

worse bathroom in female room..super hospitality staff”
first, from the airport go to the hostel, let's take grab or Uber. about 150.000rupi. out the main airport's door, turn left and just walk 3mi to take grab. taxi driver asked 250.000-400.000. the best is call for hostel before, ask Shutter bus, just 60.000rupi/person. if u come at evening. stay at Kuta Bali is better. need about 1-2h hours to go to Ubud from the airport. about the room. I just dont like the bath room. always wet. every thing is the best..breakfast is so great. the staff is so nice..can not complain anything..just the bathroom . close the hostel, there is 1 good restaurant : gusti homestay and warung restaurant . good price , good food, good juice :)

Great value, quiet place and welcoming owners.”
Great value. The homestay is really well located near the Ubud market. The place was very nice and quiet with a small garden and nice decorations. Comfortable room. Great breakfast included, especially the balinese one. The owners and the staff were really smiling and welcoming. The only downside is that beside the tours they sell and their taxi service, they don't give you much advices about the places to visit around Ubud and the good deals to travel Bali.

Amazing Hostel”
I absolutely loved my stay at this hostel. The family that runs the hostel is super friendly and helpful. The beds were clean, and my dorm mates were great. Breakfast was delicious. I stayed in the 8 bed womens dorm. Although they also have single and double rooms at great prices. Also the garden at this hostel is absolutely beautiful. I initially booked 1 night here and then I extended for 3 nights and then extended for another 6 nights. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great place, good location”
First, I have to point out that Ubud is an amazing place to visit. I spent four nights here at this homestay and enjoyed it. It’s relatively close to the main road and far enough away to be quiet. The value is great and the staff/owners are helpful. I recommend staying here.

Exceptional”
Big bathroom and bedroom which was nice. Good wifi. Free breakfast was ok but nothing special. Very clean. It's about a 5 minute walk down to ubud main road which was great but it was a little unnerving at night as the street isn't really lit. Owners are very lovely and helped with ideas for what to do in Ubud and arranging onward journey. Overall would recommend - only downside I would say is although it is nice and peaceful, there is no real atmosphere there. Just a generally nice place to stay In a pretty good location

Cosy family run homestay”
This homestay is a small cosy family run place a little walk away from the main street. Though during the day until later in the evening motorbikes and cars are quite noisy on the side street the homestay is on, but at night it is quiet. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the place and that we had our room in a separate building not right by the entrance to the hotel. Breakfast was not too big, but good, plus, one of the evenings we were treated with local Balinese desserts.

Gorgeous homestay, great location, lovely family”
Had the pleasure of dorming here for 4 nights., 1 longer than originally planned. It's beautiful and breakfast is great. Bathroom was only cleaned once while I was there but aside from that I really loved it. It is worth your time to have conversations with Mr. Gusti, head of the household and very wise and fascinating man.

Lovely homestay and great location”
We stayed here for 3 nights. It was a great price for the room, which was wonderfully clean, with a nice bathroom and balcony. The owners were friendly and the breakfast was always good. Great location for getting everywhere in Ubud with scooters to rent too. Would definitely recommend!

AWESOME HOSTEL ”
Best Hostel I've stayed in in Bali. Run by a super friendly/kind family. Great brekfast(and they even do takeaway breakfast if you need). Clean rooms with lockers. Staff was able to help organize excursions. One flaw was you weren't supplied with a shower towel on the dormitory. Otherwise exceptional stay. Highly recommend.

Not Sure, upselling?”
I booked the room for the homestay but offered to stay in their other type of accommodation which the price is slightly higher. it's a bit disappointing though they have a pool. If I stayed for the long term, I would've not chosen to be "upgraded" because it will be affecting my budget. I was really not sure if this is kinda trick of upselling or not. Overall the hotel is clean, the ambience is good, close to Ubud market and jln hanoman. the room I stayed is smaller, there is AC but no remote, no tissue (have to ask), no TV, wifi is good.

Amazing! ”
Cozy and welcoming homestay! Beds are comfortable and made every day by the host. Breakfast is delicious and shower is hot. You can rent bicycles or motorbikes for very cheap and explore the city. Great location, would definitely stay here again.

My first and so far the best hostel in ubud ☺️ Rooms are quite big with large bathroom, wifi works very good, tasty breakfast and always smiling stuff. Highly recommended.

Booked a night, stayed for four!”
Wonderful place, the location is good (you can walk into the main area in under 5 minutes). Breakfast is included and it's really good! The main attraction though is the staff, they honestly couldn't do more for you. If we are in ubud again we will be back!

Comfortable stay but beware of tours information”
The hostel was comfortable and neat. Breakfast was tasty. The tours you book at the homestay are through other travel agents and you dont always get accurate information. We were misled by information received from the hostel.

The homestay is very well located for easy access to Ubud centre on foot. The family who run the homestay are lovely and very helpful. However, the bathroom in our room didn’t seem very clean and the room smelt quite damp. The breakfast was good.

Great homey place”
Location is just off the main street. Staff is family and very friendly; their English is pretty good. Stayed in 8 room female dorm. Very big rooms with bathroom attached. Hot shower. Breakfast is in cafe and wonderful - pancakes, eggs, etc. You can rent bikes, scooters or book buses/trips for good prices. Overall, great place!

Amazing place to stay!”
This place is beautiful! The plants make it feel like you’re weaving through a tropical paradise to get to your home. It’s easy to find, too, you just have to go in and find someone. The family is really nice. They will make you breakfast for really cheap at the upstairs cafe. I had fruit and it was very nice. The dorms were great! I highly recommend this place. The location is perfect for walking or scooting anywhere.
