Its a new hotel for me, and this place is really realy nice, Their rooms and lobby can be decently be categorised as 4-5star hotel. Lobby: Nice Room: Not all rooms has bathtub (and unfortunately for me, this is the one things i look for a room), so we needed an upgrade to a prestige room (additional of 500php). I think upgrade prices depends on what kind of room you want (obviously). REoom is clean. Bathrooms are clean. Their toiletries were Evelyn. They’re shower and bathtub are separated. No s much option on TV channels. Room service were excellent. Amenities: Pool and gym is really really nice. They also have steam and sauna. But they have an in house spa, which you’ll also be sharing amenities with. It wasnt to crowded when we checked in, but i was thinking that if their were alot of occupants and customers for their Onsen spa, they i think it;ll be crowded. Breakfast: Decent, if you opt to add another person it’ll will be 700++php. Not much option. Just standard western (bacon, waffle, doughnuts and bread) and some asian cuisine. But its ok if you opt not to have it, the hotel is surrounded by food chain restaurant which i think will be worth it other than paying for hotel’s breakfast buffet. Staff: They are excellent. very accommodating. It really helps that staff were approachable and readily available. In general, for all hotels, staff excellence can composate whatever is lacking in a hotel (although their is nothing of that at this hotel). Their roof top bar has the nicest view., but its expensive, (need to spend 1000php/head) thats why we only went for picture taking. Didnt ry their onsen spa. Cause massage is expensive (starts at 1,7++ php). It includes 1 hour massage and use of hotel amenities, shich for me wouldnt be worth it, a i am checked in. So yea, may next time,. I read that their are checked it the includes massage and all. But I still find it expensive 😊 Overall, the experienced is worth the money.

One of the best place of stay in Makati”
My partner and I spent a weekend here for the first time. Here are the things we like 1. we really like our room (standard studio) it is huge, nice view of the city 2. interiors are very nice! room is clean, smells good, sheets are clean, pillows are fresh 3. they have complimentary drinks in the fridge! 4. shower/bathroom is complete too 5. make sure to drop by their pool! it's the highlight of their hotel 6. Their schedules of the pool and bar is reasonable - they open early and closes down not too early for the night either unlike some hotels where their pool area (for example) closes early 7. their staff looks nice and are really accommodating What we don't like 1. Their lobby/reception is quite small, considering that their hotel gets a lot of guests. So it gets crowded in the lobby. 2. The food in their restaurant is EXPENSIVE! So much for hotel food. I suggest you explore the area for some cheaper but excellent dinner/lunch or breakfast Are we going back? Definitely :-)

Exceptional”
This hotel was awesome and would definitely recommend it! Everyone there was friendly and knew what they were doing. One thing I have noticed all over the PI, the servers do not know their simple, even for the simplest of questions. For breakfast, we ordered a la carte. Although the buffet looked delicious and presented well, it was too much food. We asked if the bacon was in the omelet or on the side. Our server did not know and had to ask =/ The rooftop bar had an incredible view and yummy drinks. Hotel is very clean and open. The location is awesome and easy 15 walk to the Greenbelt/Glorietta. The room was so comfortable and also had a great view of the city light. The shower had awesome hot water! The pool was really cool. Everything at this hotel was superb!!!

FAVORITE HOTEL IN THE METRO”
This hotel is quite underrated compared to other hotels here in Metro Manila. We love how it is accessible but still a retreat in the middle of the city. They have the best food, the nicest pool area, the ultimate onsen experience, a simple but complete gym and their rooms are super comfortable which is the most important. Their rooms are also very quiet compared to other more expensive hotels so we always go here whenever we want to rest and relax. The massages here are also nice but to save, what we do is actually request for home/room service massage from plenty of providers in the area after using their onsen spa! Me and my husband always feel like we're on our honeymoon whenever we are here.

Incredible hotel with a friendly staff ”
Pros There are many pros to this hotel. The staff are absolutely incredible and the facilities are lovely. The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough and very clean. The onsen was a very welcome release at the end of the day, as well as, the spa. be sure to ask for Richie for a massage Cons The only con I can think of is the hotel is situated a little bit close to a red light district so if you’re travelling with children you might want to just be aware of that. But all in all it isn’t too shocking, mostly just a bunch of sports bars. But the location is very good

Rockstar Hotel + Perfect Location”
First timer at I'M Hotel. We stayed for 3 Days/2 Nights. Here's a rundown of what I (we) love about this hotel (besides the great customer service & location) 1. Breakfast Buffet: They have a good spread, they change/update their menu everyday, everything's great about the good + great customer service/staff too! 2. Pool & Gym Area: Highly recommend to use the pool and they have a good gym too! The gym was open till 12am, went there at 11pm and it was just us! They have free-weights and equipment was second to none! (LifeFitness). Oh yeah, going back to the pool area, it was just perfect! 3. Roof Deck: They have a bar at their RD, perfect for drinks and hanging out with friends, we enjoyed our stay, amazing view too (the bldg has 35 floors) - The RD Bar has 2 levels, you can either stay inside (with A/C) or outside and get a perfect view of the Makati/BGC Skyline.

I stayed in a premiere suite and I have nothing bad to say about the room. The front counter staff was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. The doormen were always there and willing to help. The room gets an A for cleanliness and it was very roomy. I had a balcony with a spectacular view. The only thing i did not enjoy was the pool as it barely go any sun but it is in the middle of a concrete jungle. The hotel is centrally located and is within wither a short walking distance to local malls or nightlife. There is another larger mall that is a 5 min cab ride. The mall of asia is only a 30 minute ride by cab.

I consider this place affordable as I stayed in a suite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doormen were always there to help. The front counter staff was always able to answer my questions and concerns. The hotel is located centrally to local malls and nightlife. The Mall of Asia was about a 30-minute ride. Parking was adequate. Room was clean and suited all my needs including wifi.

Best hotel that I ever stayed at in Manila ”
All in all a cery nice and relaxing place to stay. Super friendly and helpful staff, an amazing breakfast buffet, a cozy and clean room. The infinity pool and the Mermaid bar are one amazing place to hang out when it's too hot to walk around the city. We did also enjoy the Antidote rooftop bar which is definitely the best in Manila.

This our second stay at I'm hotel. Loved the location as it's close to everything. Staff are really nice and warm. Rooms are clean. There's free stuff at the mini bar and free cake which is awesome. Buffet breakfast has lots of options. The spa is just a cherry on top.

Loved the hotel, staff and amenities ! Hotel is clean and amenties such as spa, sauna, steam room are fantastic. Convenience store across the road and a mall not even a 5 min walk away. My only advice would be to ensure to book ahead if you’d like to utilise the Onsen spa as they book out quickly.

I'm home. That's the best description I can give to this hotel. Love it! The room is good. The staff is nice, housekeeping, front office, concierge, waiters, and waitresses. Good breakfast at the Common Good as well. Onsen spa was a wonderful experience not to mention the unique swimming pool design. Although we didn't try it, we saw the gym and the equipments are good and new. Also nice view from the rooftop bar. Will definitely be coming back.

Room is very clean. The bed is so comfortable. Soundproofing is good. Breakfast buffet is just okay. Enjoyed the pool too. We tried the Onsen spa with dinner buffet. We highly recommend this for a relaxing time in the city.

Hotel room was very clean. Although can work on the housekeeping though. They forgot to take my used utensils and cup. Forgot to replace the empty shower gel. IM Onsen is the best spa place and my booking's complimentary spa was the best.

This is a new'ish hotel with great staff and is in a really good location. Restaurants, pool and bar in house are really nice and not that expensive. Beds are comfy and the bathroom is clean and really well laid out. Big tub for soaking! Highly recommend

The room was very nice. Spacious. Big comfy bed. Big, modern TV where I was able to mirror my phone. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the free snacks in the room, and the welcome drink upon check-in. The pool is still one of the most unique in the metro. Loved that they have parking. Walkable to and from Century Mall. All in all a great stay! :) Highly recommended.

The City Garden Gand Hotel was my go to in the Makati area until I stayed across the street at the "I'm Hotel'. Everything top notch from the super cool pool through the 5-Star buffets. The mattresses was luxurious and comfy. Staff are perfect and huge compliments to the doormen. You get what you pay for and in this hotel you get more. Love this Hotel.
