* Good points: + Only 500m from Jomtien beach. + Have a pool + Views from balcony * Bad points: + Receptionist staff with unfriendly behavior + The floor is dirty old with many scratches + The bed is uncomfortable to lying on, it just made the backache worse + The bathroom is dirty and wet + Wifi connection is poor and unstable + Hotel pool with black water which seems not replaced for such a long time + No moveable hanger if you want to wash your clothes I only recommend this hotel if you want to stay for a few days. Anyway, its price is acceptable with its service.

The pool was dirty/colored green you can't swim.The towel was very old and ripped.No kettle or coffee in the room.I asked the receptionist and they said need to go down for the coffee and hot water.The place was a little bit far from any 7-11 or any store.I will not come back again

Hot water doesnt work, water leaking to the bedroom ”
The first night the hot water didnt work, informed staff the next morning, didnt get fixed and had to call and wait for them to fix the hot water twice as the first time it got fixed and then broken again so the hot water was available only on the morning when we were leaving. The water also leaked from the bathroom to the bed room. The towels were so old and torn. We dropped stuff on the floor and when we looked under the bed it was so dusty and dirty with garbage like empty milk box there. There was no hair dryer in the room, once called the reception was informed that 300 THB deposit is needed in order to use hair dryer (at the end we didnt have to put the deposit as they didnt have change for 500THB note.

Not worth a penny”
First of all the room is not ready to check in by the check in time and we have to wait for 20-30 mins. Once we got a room, it looks super old. Bathroom door seem like it going to broke any time soon, tv is working but the signal is poor, there a lot of holes over the bed sheets, wifi in the room is not working (and the staff says wifi only available in the reception area…). Thanks god the AC works well. The only good thing in this hotel is the receptionist. I believe his name is Zhao, he is so calm and polite. Anyway, this hotel need more staff and need a big renovation.

Modern hotel Deluxe room first floor was just 1 meter from swimmingpool and we even get breakfast to balcony. Afternoon sunshine comes to swimmingpool and perfect for me that sun not shine all day there and balcony. Smiling friendly staff and good clean everyday. Low season breakfast menu have 4 option so no need to eat same food every morning. We booked 2 nights but stay 4 night Hot water was not hot but such high temperature it was no problem at all. 7/11 bit faraway but still walking distance on the beach road. We enjoy our stay.

Swimming pool very clean and nice water to swim in. Just some rooms the shower needs a review. But it didnt bother me so much the water come fluently out. I was happy to stay in there. If I am in the neighbourhood, I definitely will come back.

The positive Good location if you want to be away from the madness, rooms cleaned to a good standard, great pool for relaxing around, good for value for money The negative We witnessed the staff hitting the hotel cat and throwing flip flops at the dog who lives next door in the hotel the area is surrounded by stray dogs so if you area an animal lover this is not the place for you

It’s a quiet place no loud music or busy traffic. Very accessible by car and about 5 mins.walk to the beach. But difficult parking in evening.

I booked a double deluxe room with pool side view but they have changed the room as reached. anyways it was average stay there in a decent price and staff is hard to communicate as most of them know local language only.

We arrived in the property at 5am, checked in very late due to flight arrival time. The hotel has 24 hour front desk that can accomodate us. The room was clean and spacious enough for my family. Thanks for approval of our request. It was pleasant.

Decent hotel for the price”
We stayed there for a couple of nights but didn't really spend much time at the hotel. Room was ok, the building looks a bit run down, but didn't really expect much as the price was pretty low. Overall a decent stay, didn't run into any problems.

When I booked it was for a double room not a twin room. I had to book the day I checked the website to secure a double bed, which I did. However upon my arrival it turned out to be a twin room. I said I booked a double but it appeared the staff couldn't really be bothered to do anything and I was told the hotel was full. They required a deposit for my stay but had no change to give me, and it was an effort for them obtain change. The room was nothing like the pictures on the website. The safe did not work, and again the staff couldn't be bothered to fix it. I was given a key though. The single beds were small children's beds, the decorative cushions were stained. The room smelled of bleach. The floor was painted concrete. The shower took an age to heat, the shower curtain had brown mould along the bottom. When I returned late in the evening the car park had 20 stray dogs roaming in it. I was wakened in the morning by their fighting and howling. Returning to my car these dogs had deficated all over the car park. There was certainly no welcoming feeling from the staff at anytime let alone eye contact or a smile or a hello. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel, and with the staff attitude. The hotel was not full, they were just not interested in customer service. There was a mistake and there was no attempt to correct it. I felt I had become a hinderence to what ever else they thought they should be doing rather than the purpose of their work. I will never use this hotel again or recommend it to any one.

BAD LOCATION”
You need a motorbike for this location. No shops and very good walk to the beach. Room was okay shower no hot water and water pressure very bad room was clean and bed was soft enough zircon worked and TV channels in English where okay. Staff didn't speak English but checkin was quick. Pool was nice but thats it. Not a good choice there are many other in similar price range in much better locations.
