Overall our holiday for 2D, 1N at IBIS Hotel is great and satisfy. Nice room and cold air conditioner but not to clean cause little bit dust. Much variation menu for breakfast, swimiing pool not to large. Parking lot is horrible, overload ( on Dec 31, 2018 ). Staff friendly and loction hotel is very strategic, near monas, ancol, kelapa gading, etc.

The hotel is great I like the pool and friendly staff. The AV entertainment in the rooms are good with good international channels. A couple of things that I would like to suggest to make your place even better. Have a mini fridge and a personal safe in the rooms. Also the breakfast is very Asian oriented maybe for western guest have continental breakfast ala card to save cost. Otherwise I'll be back next year December for the DWP 2020.

Location is quite closed to JIEXPO at a reasonable price. Good for minimalist traveler with clean environment and friendly staff. Nothing fancy, nothing to shout out nonetheless, you could be assured with good rest on your stay.

The air conditioner was a bit weak in the room so they changed us to another room. Appreciate the hotel's effort to eliminate single use plastic water bottle, they have refill stations on every floor and a jug in the room. Great hospitality by the staff.

Nowadays, the restaurant service is poor. Can be annoying, waiting 20 minutes to be served. There’s simply no one there. Rooms are clean, love swimming pool and the people. Very apologetic about resto, which they shouldn’t be if they did their job. Golden truly is five minutes away, with food court, big mall, nice japanese, and a big super market.

Worst Accor hotel I must Say”
I always stay at accor hotels (mostly Ibis) for my trips, either business or leisure. Then I think this hotel facilities doesn't meet standard of Ibis. I get 8th floor room, which is the top of the building, the environment was creepy, also the room. But the problem for me isn't thay anyway. My problem is The air con not working properly. It is not cool moreover the air so thin and hardly to breathe. After I've waiting for 3 hours and had no difference of air condition, I called the housekeeping. the enginer didn't come until I come to front desk and show that I a little bit upset. Finally the enginer come but after that, the air condition not changed at all.. Luckily, the services, the crew of front desk has an Ibis standard. they helped me to change the room and check the condition of my new room before I get in. They even help me to get my stuff and deliver the new key to my room. please do the maintenance of 8th floor because my new roo at 4th floor was VERY DIFFERENT. it is so comfy, cool. for the facilities, I didn't try everything I only stayed there because I missed my train then have to wait for the next day. One thing I remember, the bed not so good because they only using a thin matress over bed. But that's okay because it is an economic hotel.

The hotel is a bit old. Need renovation and renew the bedding. The room dont have fridge and water kettle! The amenities are just little to enough. No drinking water available in the room, but they provide water dispenser in the hallway.

Hotel Need an Upgrade (Amenities & Rooms Facilities)”
1. Not sufficient hair dryer (only 5 nos for whole 130 rooms premise), room is dark, shower is weak. 2. Restaurant staff is helpful, local taste (not international style like sausage & ham, etc) 3. I had 2 reservations with 3 nights & 1 night respectively, after I had check in & paid for the 3 nights stay and my colleague came in days after, the hotel can just directly swipe my credit card (that I used during the 1st reservation) to pay for her reservation & check in, without me & my card to be present physically, felt quite unsecured with this operation 4. I forgot to take the invoice during check out and requested it through email after I had returned to Malaysia. No reply after followed up daily for 3 days, still waiting for my official tax invoice now.
