I dont think I'll come back here again because I had such a bad experience few months ago. but in the end this will still be my favorite hotel from 3 years ago in Jakarta.. I owe to Pak Deden for being very responsive in helping my complaints.. Thanks a bunch!

I stayed with my grandson, daughter and sister and the room is too small for 3 person + baby, so I asked how much for an upgrade to a suite room. I never got the answer when he said he would check then I asked for an extra bed. They also never come back with the answer whether it's available or not. Therefore I asked for baby cot. Finally I got what I wanted. The hotel was probably full and everybody was busy but still you need to update your guests the information they needed. Overall the stay was good, the food was good.

Definitely not coming back”
One of my worst hotel experiences. I stepped on a piece of glass after I took of my shoes in the room. The hotel provides us with liquid soap in containers, but 5 mins after taking shower I realized that there is someone's hair in the container. Location wise it is okay, located in central Jakarta but there is not that many food nearby, only offices.
