Large rooms and affordable prices. Less than 5 mins walk to Mahkota Parade and Pahlawan Megamall. A little far to Jonker Street, Aeon Mall and Tesco, take a Grab and use the free hotel wifi to book. Local transport is slow especially Panaroma 17 bus but stops in front of the hotel, the one and only bus that roams the city centre and does not run on schedule. Worth purchasing a SIM card for RM10 (1GB) at any mobile phone booth. Hotel lift is rather slow so be prepared to wait. Lobby is small and congested. Friendly staff and we have stayed here many times and found the hotel to be the best. Bed is very comfortable and excellent cable service (you can receive Singapore channels), housekeeping is quick to make up the rooms when you are gone for a few hours. Many international and local eateries outside the hotel and in nearby malls.

It was my first time in Malacca even if i stayed for one night and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay here as it is very convenient. The price is also reasonable. There's a multi-story carpark to park your vehicles. The staffs are very friendly and the room is very clean. So if you plan to come to Malacca, stay here! Discover the places around the hotel cause you won't regret it. There is a mall, Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall, if you are a bike lover go to level 3 and you will see bike shops that sells helmet and your bike necessities. The Macdonalds located at the mall is also 24/7 so if you get hungry in the middle of the night just cross over and get your food. I would love to stay here again the next time i visit Malacca!

Pleasant stay”
This hotel is in good location, just in front of Dataran Pahlawan. Also walking distance to A'Famosa and Jonker street. The room is very spacious and clean. The bathroom has no issue at all. The problems i've faced werethe slow lift and parking space. The parking space of the hotel is very limited so we had to park outside of the hotel area. Luckily there is a parking area behind the hotel but parking coupon is needed during office hour. There is 7-eleven nearby selling parking coupon so is ok. Overall i'm happy with my stay during the Merdeka holiday. Good job for the hotel staffs too.

Firstly,the rooms were really comfortable and spacious despite being affordable.Secondly,the breakfast was an amazing experience as we sit at an outdoor dining area overlooking Dataran Pahlawan mall. Lastly,there were great service from the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out. The staff there made the stay there at melaka a pleasant one. I will be sure to come back to Imperial the next time I come to melaka.

Good Affordable City Hotel”
Pros: 1.Right if front of Dataran Pahlawan (shopping complex) which is in the centre of town. 2. Rooms are spacious. 3. Rooms are clean. 4. Friendly staff. 5. Price is really reasonable. 6. Will definitely stay here again. Cons: Parking is the next building and there's not many parking bays. It has 4 floors and there's no lifts. However, it has a direct connection to the hotel via G floor and 3rd floor. A bit difficult for those who have lots of bags. You have to unload all your bags in either the G floor and 3rd floor.

I really loved it here went here for my 1st anniversary with hubby , the room is so cute and clean. The staff is great The location is strategic really great for us who love to walk everywhere The lounge is awesome And i would like to say thank you ms Shafiqah(i think, forgoten her name) and Khairul and to all the staff there for making me and my husband stay here an enjoyable one

Good location, comfortable hotel”
Location is good - dataran pahlawan is just within walking distance. Can easily get grab here. Check in and check out were fast and smooth. Breakfast spread was okay, can sir inside or outside. We sat outside, sun was not really up yet so it was nice, not sunny, and windy. Food are available inside and outside. Room was okay eventhough furniture are a bit old but it was okay and comfortable.

Great location and value in Melaka town. We spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within easy walking distance to historical area and practically next door to the shopping mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I came for working purpose and I would love to stay at the this hotel.

It was a wonderful experience for all of us. The house was spacious enough to stay for our big family. Clean house and very comfortable. Especially seaside just behind the house. Very nice and clean hotel. and spacious too! got lots of cabinets so you can put your luggage inside. got iron too. nice bed and pillow. walking distance to mcdonald so i go breakfast there and the most important part is they got lots of parking spaces.

Amazing location..!”
If you are traveling to Melacca and want to stay near bandar hilir, this is the place you should stay.. super ultra near to malls & dataran pahlawan, its just across the street only.. and there is a 24hr mamak shop at ground floor so you wont go hungry hahaha.. and the room is super nice, prive hotel parking which is FOC for guest hotel (but always almost full).. no more comment just pay & book this hotel if you have the chance.. happy stay in Malacca!! P/S it is also walking distance to Kota A'Famosa area.

Booked a Family Suite, room is clean. Floor don’t feel sticky/oily as reviewed by others that it feel sticky. Anyway, There are disposable slipper for 4 adults. TV set for all living n bedroom are not working at all. Indoor Kids playground at level 3. Near to most of the shopping mall.

Im stayed at this hotel 3D2N it was very okay..all facilities aircond condition so good very cool,water so good all is good..location very near to shopping mall easy to excess ,i stayed here bcoz of the location , nite time just walk arround about 10-15minutes only..friendly staff,parking also got space mybe that time is weekdays during i stayed..overall is good,will come and stayed again..my room was family room space so big.
