The bellman is very helpful to support us in carrying the luggages: fast, passionate and very friendly. My mother likes him so much. Other services are excellent. I strongly recommend you stay here when travel to Hue, excellent location and service with very reasonable price for a 5-star hotel

The best view from the roof terrace ”
They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early at like 10am. I got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Location, service, breakfast was good though I have to admit that we did not really have a good stay as the bedding was hard. Wifi connectivity was intermittent on my floor and some furniture like chairs and lobby piano was showing signs of age. Still, if you like hard beds, there is nothing else to fault for this hotel

This hotel is very nice for the value - got it during low period”
This was a great value for the money, as the location is close to the imperial city and lots of good eats within walking distance. The gym is a little sub par - as most places in Vietnam. The pool is really beautiful but has some bees/wasps floating in it and pigeons hanging out. We did find a couple roaches scurrying but think that’s going to be everywhere here in tropical/warm places. The views are amazing, the temple up top is top notch! The whiskeys seem to be watered down but still affordable so would still definitely come back at the same price point.

The tolet need add a hose , it will be helpfull . Some smell is not very good in the tolet of room 1210, i have remind them to check. Others is okay, the location is quite good as you can have weiv the old Royal palace , Huong river from the window . Many coffee shop are surround ....

Spacious room with an amazing view of the Perfume River and skyline. Although the hotel is a bit dated we found its style to be charming and quaint.

Let me start this review by saying the Imperial Hotel is not really a 5 star hotel. It is a little bit tired around the edges and really needs a complete refurbishment in order to make 5 stars. The staff are very pleasant and any minor problems I had were immediately rectified. The WiFi started acting up in my room and within 5 mins someone had fitted a WiFi extender, so I cannot complain about the service whatsoever. I do believe however that this hotel is actually very good value for money. Certainly the price I paid would allow me to recommend this hotel without any hesitation.
