Highly recommended to stay at this hotel. Despite its rustic look and furniture, the hotel's strategic location is convenient for all travellers. Nestled next to one of the palaces, its surrounding area is calm and serene. The swimming pools for both adults and kids are a plus point due to its comfortable size to accommodate its patrons, however, the cleanliness of the pool can still be improved. The room is relatively spacious with clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and ever ready to fulfill your requests. The only downside would be the lighting of the hotel and within the room. The yellow lights are slightly too dimmed and hopefully this can be improved as well.

The hotel is quite old.. but the staff and facility is really good.. staff very friendly. I called reception at 10pm for a room slipper.. after 15minute, he send and even say sorry for late.. i dont even think it is late.. one thing that need to inprove is maybe the parking.. i dont feel secure to park at basement on bangunan umno.. i prefer to park at the roadside area hotel.. breakfast is good.. i will definitely comeback just bcoz of the friendly staff

Good breakfast spread and delicious too. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 1pm. I had my short vacation at Ipoh. (attend a wedding) Impiana is the best. good staff & service, good breakfast, and the room are top clean. some of the items in the bedroom are very nostalgic. haha During the weekend you can park outside, but Impiana now has basement parking. so I think it's okay now.

Book for 1 night at impiana to attend friend wedding. Smooth process from check in to check out. Room spacious, nice ipoh view. Housekeeping team great. Ask for 1 more extra bottle for mineral water, the nice lady give extra 2 bottle as we bring baby. Request for Babycot, receive within 10 min. Didnt manage to go to the swimming pool. but definitely will coming back

Hotel has a free car park for the guest at the basement level. Hotel receptionist are very Friendly and helpful. The hotel room (533) that we book are very well maintained, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, although the WiFi signal are slightly bad maybe due to the room far from the WiFi access point. In house food that we order thru phone call and delivered to our room are good and delicious, thumbs up for the cafe team. Overall the stay are very good, my kid like this hotel a lot! Thank you!

Locatedin the middle of Ipoh town, easy access to every location. The staff are really helpful, from porter to receptionist. The basement parking for hotel guests are limited, mostly reserved for UMNO members which the building is situated next to the hotel. The breakfast options are impeccable. Definitely will come again for my next stay.

Thank u to all the staff especially Villa for her kindness for attending our family. I arrived at 10pm with 3 small kids, she was very kind to help me get a connecting rooms. Even the staff at front was so kind when helping me with the begs and even lights up the room for us as our hands was handful with the kids. Family with small kids u guys can choose this hotel. Recommended hotel to stay in when visit to Ipoh, Perak. Although the Hotel is lil bit run down but can see the team is effort to maintain it well.
