All the staff are really helpful and kind! And service is amazing! And big thanks to Minny from reception, she’s been very lovely and helpful from the moment i arrived to the time when i leave. Facilities are really great. The location is great. It is couple of minutes to the shopping area and it’s besides the awesome patong beach!

On a very nice beach and still in town”
The location is the best in the Patong Beach area. I also thought Patong Beach was better than Ao Nang or Ko Samui. It is a 2 minute walk to Bangla Road and all the bars, restaurants, and shopping. The little cottage type accommodations are found by following green jungle-like paths, and the same paths lead directly from your door to the beach behind the complex. The staff was great and extremely helpful to me with things like shipping a package to the US, quickly fixing a small problem with the AC, getting directions, and other small things. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There are full-time on-site security personnel. It is more expensive than other hotels, but is unique and worth it.

Great hotel ideally located close to restaurants and entertainment. Nice rooms with comfortable bed, excellent staff, friendly and always helpful. Highly recommended, particularly with the current COVID special rates.

We loved this hotel. The staff treated us so well that we felt like we were their only guests (they were so attentive and kind). The facilities were well maintained and we loved the pool and its proximity to the beach. We will stay here again!

Everything was Perfect!!”
It was not my 1st time in Phuket but was my 1st stay with Impiana Resort Patong. Beyond than expected. Location of this resort was perfect. It is in front of the beach like as if it was a private beach. 500 meters from the famous Bangla Road where all the clubs located. All the hotel staff were friendly and even though the front desk was shortage of manpower, they still keeping up with their professionalism with no complain. It is a must to go for hotel SPA. You will not regret it. I am one happy guest!!!

Great hotel for family with small kids”
Very conveniently located right at the front of patong beach. Love the pool, the view and the staffs are very approachable and smiley. Just to be careful when using the kettle. You have to manually off the kettle otherwise it will heat up until your water is dried up. Otherwise very recommended, will definitely return.

Nice Hotel with nice view for sunset ”
The hotel location is good near to mart, just step you will see the beach and can see beautiful sunset. The room was comfortable , cleans and i love the room Swimming Pool is big and superb with the nice view. Breakfast is non halal so we didn't take the breakfast. Staff is very polite and very helpful My family happy stay here and we love the hotel

Best location”
In one word: this is the ideal location: only few yards from your room to the beach and you get your hotel chair practically on the beach and the pool, with lots of shade. You get the hotel food and drinks service while sitting there. The room is spacious and nicely decorated but could with some renovation. The night action of Bangla road is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. This is really a winning combination. On the other hand, the hotel seems to be under staffed (COVID impact) since it takes a long time for them to answer the phone and sometimes there is no answer at all. The breakfast is very good with lots of variety and they take good care of your reuests. Food quality is decent but not superb. Room service is OK but they do tend to forget here and there to replenish all items. All in all, the location wins here big time, and beach is very beautiful and not over croweded at all and very clean. The lady in the front desk is very attentive to yur requests but it looks like she is the only one there :).

A Return Stay”
This was 3rd time staying at Impiana. As usual, the hotel was as expected. Only two complaints on this stay: 1) because of repeat stay, asked to be upgraded, but request declined. However, was promised fresh seasonal fruit in room every morning, yet never saw any; 2) two guests in room, but housekeeping left towels for 1. When requested towels for 2, again left but 1. Had to ask once again and finally receive appropriate amount. Otherwise, rest of stay exceptional, including wonderfully relaxing massage in Spa.

Perfect location, sea front. ”
Wake up to the beautiful sight of the ocean in this sea-front hotel and fall asleep to the sounds of waves crashing almost at your doorstep. Our villa was spacious, we had a private pool right in front, and the room was cleaned regularly. The place is not super modern, it has a nice rustic feel to it in fact, but definitely worth the price. Located a little bit further from the main crowded Patong Beach, the hotel Haa a quieter
