Room (including bathroom): dirty and smelly, no trash bin in the first day, no toiletries, only two towels for family room of 3 persons, hot water ok, aircon ok, we didn't access the internet provided, breakfast merely instant noddles. Location, great.. Did not get any WiFi connection on 2nd floor, I need to switch room to 1st floor.. Breakfast, OK.. Cleanliness, below average for sure.. Facilities, no hot water on 1st floor room.. You get what you pay for sure..

Good Budget Room”

The room is clean. And The Bed are good. Very Close to alfamart (like 7/11). And so close to transjakarta bus stop. So I can go to monas, kota tua ,ragunan by bus. Which is good for money. The staffs in guesthouse are so nice but doesnt speak english much.. Only the owner.

Disappointing”

Not very clean and the room was in bad condition. Have stayed for less so many other places in Indonesia and Jakarta where we got a lot more for our money. Would not recommend this place.

Overall it was decent value for money. Lighting was quite dim, rooms were not very clean. The worst prt was that the place reeked of cigarette smell.

Parah!!”

Pertama kali saya memasuki kamar,kamarnya bau asap rokok,didalam kamar ber AC bahkan ada asbak rokoknya.Remote TV harus minta dulu,handuk harus minta dulu.Spreinya kotor dan tidak diganti.Remote AC gak berfungsi.Keran Wastafel rusak.toiletnya kotor dan yang sangat keterlaluan adalah staffnya!sampai jam 1 malam saatnya tamu istirahat,mereka masih bercanda dan tertawa-tawa dengan kerasnya,sangat menggangu!Besok pagi saya langsung check out,dari jadwal semula saya menginap 3 malam disana.
