The best holiday i had at phuket”
All their staff are friendly and I felt very welcomed to the hotel. The concierge was very chatty and had a great smile. He helped me when I’ve arrived while looking for a place to park. The front desk was helpful and i was offered a welcome drink. The check in & check out process was smooth and quick. I was upgraded upon check in to the sky suite and had such a beautiful view of patong beach. I enjoy chilling by myself at their pool bar above their restaurant as they have happy hour everyday at anytime. The pool was clean and had great music. The server was polite and let me take my time to choose from the menu. she even came to check on me if i have finished my drink so she could serve me my next 1. the buggy service was great and prompt to pick up. The staff at the concierge was really nice to help me with the luggage when i checked in and checked out as i have to climb some stairs up to my room. I really enjoy the good service and would definitely visit this resort again.

Amazing retreat for couples”
Set in the hillside with beautiful views of Patong beach. Very tranquil and not far from the busy nightlife of Bangla Road. We had the Sky Suite with plunge pool but there is also a lovely outdoor pool with a bar. The hotel provide a shuttle service to take you to your room and to the reception as a bit far to walk if in the Sky Suite. There is also a free shuttle bus service at various times of the day to take you into town and Patong beach which is 15 mins away. If you miss it, it is only 200 baht to get back by tuk tuk. The restaurant is very lovely and provides a good selection of food and the breakfast option is amazing. The staff were all very lovely and would go out of their way. Once we came back at 2pm and asked if we could get some ice. The shuttle driver bought some back to our suite. I would always give a small tip for the cleaners and the drivers. Great hotel and would definitely come back.

Very good experience ”
During my stay it has rained every day, however my room was big enough and the jacuzzi was really a nice touch. The cleanliness is top, they also created an happy birthday message for me with the towels which was really kind. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing to remember however their kitchen surprised me with a delicious and generous pad Thai. The hotel is uphill and far from the noise of Patong beach. The staff is super helpful and proactive. I will be back.

Stunning view”
The view was stunning, room spacious was unbelievable. I loved the out door cozy area. Friendly staff food in restaurants was delicious even though not many choices as covid situations. The gym made me feel like I workouted in the paradise facing to beautiful patong bay view. Little adding for more private shower area if traveler sharing with a friend would not comfortable. Was great experience i would definitely come back.

Brilliant Hospitality”
This was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in, the food, staff, services everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights and realized that should have stayed longer, the sky suite category room we stayed in was one of the best room category with a great view and a super private pool. We forgot our belongings and the hotel has been kind enough to courier it, which shows the hospitality of this property. Highly recommended for family with children and also couples. Loved every bit of it ! Thank you Indochine for such a great experience, we shall return for sure !

Worth the money”
Nice views & clean room. Breakfast was decent & service was great. Its abit far from shops as its located on the hill but they have shuttle bus to the beach. You can rent a motorbike to get around at 300bhtt, just ask receptionist. We ordered grab food & room service too when we just wanted to stay in. Overall had a good stay.

Honeymoon”
Super nice service,service you like VVIP.Reach the Resort they give us a welcome drink.They took our luggage up the room and our room decorate with flower. They also give me a birthday cake to wish me Happy Birthday. There also provide free parking for motorbike. The environment is so quiet,is enough privacy. We definite go back to stay again.

Friendly staff, fantastic view and smart home facilities ”
Love the priceless view, friendly staff, especially the drivers, most of the drivers can communicate in basic English, it is always nice to chat with them. Stayed in the family suite which comes with 3 bedrooms. Didn't use the twin room beside the main entrance because it comes with a glass brick wall connected to the corridor. Although you can't see through it, will appreciate if there is a curtain so that you can cover it at night, the shadow view of people walking pass it can be super creepy. Knowing that they clean the Jacuzzi after check out is great. Plus points for Netflix and Roku available. The cleaners probably need a better checklist, they either forgot to clear one of the rubbish bin or to replace the garbage bag during my 3 days there. Usually they left soon after they found where we left their tips in the main hall. 😏 The supervisor who came in to check always seems to leave in a hurry.. Probably trying not to disturb the guests.

AMAZING STAY!”
we loved this hotel. We booked a Studio with Pool and everything is complete from the cutleries to all the toiletries,to the coffee machine, air fryer . Basically everything. And the pool was big for a private pool. The view was amazing. The breakfast has a wide variety and the staffs are all very polite , helpful and always happy to assist. I had an amazing and wonderful stay and i wish to return again soon. Im so in love with the property as its so calm and quiet and its slight away from the noise. I cant wait to return!

Superb View ”
It’s our first trip to Phuket and IndoChine has given us such a wonderful experience. The friendly staffs who’s always generous with their smile made us felt warm. The view from the Sky Suite is amazingly magnificent. It’s not that far or not too near from Patong Beach and we felt it’s good Cos it’s not too polluted with crowd. Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience in Phuket. Definitely we will come back again in the near future.

I stayed at deluxe room with an outdoor jacuzzi. The view from the room is superb! Nothing can disturb us during staying there. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We got some Welcome fruits and 4 small bottles of beer as complimentary gifts. The bed is so comfy. Breakfast is also tasty with a variety of meals. Nothing to complain. I like staying there.

Birthday Trip”
Check in is a breeze and facilities are good. Though there are minor hiccups but staffs manage it well. As this is a birthday trip, they provided service to decorate the room with a minimal fee! Room is good and the sea view is breathtaking. I will like to commend on all the staffs that provided assistance to me when i had sustained some injuries during the trip. They are caring and efficient in dealing with such scenario.

Amazing room with stunning view and friendly staff”
We booked the oceanfront room and studio room for our stay in phuket. The oceanfront room had an amazing and unobstructed view of patong beach with a clean private jacuzzi and balcony to relax in. Definitely reccomend this room for couples. The studio rooms were large and would be suitable for small families or friends. It had an apartment feel and a fully equipped kitchen. Pool was large and clean. The room had a nice couch to comfortably seat 3 pax. Hotel location was ideal for us as it was in a quiet part of phuket. Approximately 10mins ride to bangla st and jungceylon shopping. Ideal for couples wanting to relax. This would definitely be the first choice should we visit phuket again.

Thank you Indochine resort for giving us a great memorable stay. They gave us a free upgrade to Sky suite, welcome drinks and fruits. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Clean big room, with own pool. Breakfast was good. The staffs were very polite, friendly and ready to help at anytime. Perfect getaway”
We got the room with outdoor jacuzzi. Chilled in the room for most of our trip, with great ocean view. At night, you can just lay on the pool sun lounger and watch the night sky full of stars. There might not be much selection for breakfast buffet, but the food was superb. Staffs are really friendly too.

View was great, on the right sea and on the lift mountain. Breakfast was great and many varieties. They are providing shuttle bus to the downtown. Great experience with glass pool at the room. - lobby need upgrade to reflex the resort. - I sent email but it was no answer. Overall highly recommend
