My Umrah trip during Ramadan 1443 H”
The hotel in general nice, however the Iftar is not organized as it supposed to be. The frontline staff were helpful and with smile face. The distance to Haram is somehow long which will take around seven to ten minutes walk.

Value of money, a bit of walking to Haram”
Hotel is bit far walking from Haram and it is on the edge of a steep. Generally takes 12-15 mins walk to reach Haram. However it offers value of money services as the facilities are nice.

By staying at Infinity Hotel, on one hand we had the luxury of walking 6/7 minutes to Masjid al Haram and yet paid 1/3rd of the price of the hotels that are adjacent to the outer ring of Masjid al Haram. In order to enter the Masjid and reach the Kaa'ba you have to walk from the adjacent hotels for 5 minutes anyways, therefore add another 6/7 minutes and in a week you save nearly USD 700...a lot you can do with this sum.

Stayed three nights while performing Umrah. Very clean and modern facility. Did find an English speaking person in the check-in counter. Room was clean and nice with all the amnesties expected from a 4 star hotel. Daily cleaning was also available. Overall, everyone liked the hotel. Moderate 15 minutes walking distance from the Haraam. Last hundred yards or so to the hotel is slightly stiff, but not a problem for most adults. This will be true for many hotels given the topology. No on premise sit-in restaurant for lunch or diner - room service only. It is bit pricey and we opted to eat out instead.

Honestly , if is nice hotel and nice staff and I would like to appreciate Mr. Abdul Rahman Al Zahrani for his behaviour anc cooperative and really I stayed two night with nice time But really the hotel little far Haram and should provide transportation service as others hotel , like Alshowhada which is nearest and provide service But other things I believed nice bit also should put attention in cleaning especially up of cabinets it is too dirty and really dust might not cleaned offerr years

The facilities provided at the hotel are commendable. They got some nice interior for their lobby which had many sitting areas. The hotel itself is very new and their staff is very friendly. Great hotel I would recommend it.

3 Days visit for Umrah”
Hotel is Nice & New, Clean and very helpful staff, room facilities are good, generally the lifts system is much better then other hotels. if you are traveling for Umrah then you know the time to catch the prayers is very important. Need to improve the menu in breakfast as there were no fruit items. int my suggestion to add some fresh fruits. The shuttle is not available all the time to go to Haram and coming back which need to be more frequent for hotels guests.

The only 1 shuttle bus runs to haram where max 6-8 people can travel.Wouldnt recommendate for old people as you have to walk 15minutes. But hotel was very neat and clean and internet was very good.Also have to wait for lift everytime

No doubt hotel is new with beautiful interior and exterior but this was not only requirement. We all consider the facilities providing to us. Which are not upto to any 5 star hotel. Its hotel is good when you are looking for 3 star all facilities. Building is good no doubt good interior but no good breakfast i pointed so many bad things there on spot to a resturant manager even in my view food is not fully hygeine

I can tell that, most of thing in the hotel is brilliant however the bed room furniture doesn’t match with the hotel,, shower area is so small espicially for person with big body and toilet seat is old type doesn’t look good for 5 stars hotel
