          unfortunately B&B had steps up to the front door my mother unable to be accommodated. Staff at hotel were very helpful and very willing to assist her anyway possible up and down stairs.I checked out the room and found it OK , parking first in best parking. Handy to shops etc.

          Extremely tiny room”

          Good price

          The only positive thing I can think of is probably the relative low pricing for this hotel. The room is extremely small - we have 4 members and the room was just exactly filled with one double and 2 single beds - with only very narrow passage to move about. We literally have no space for our luggages - got to put behind the door and stack them up, we even have to place one on top of the wardrobe. I do not think they should be selling this room as a 4-person room. The bathroom is just about a meter width! And thats not all. The room is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. We have to maneuver through the extremely narrow stairs with our luggages during check-in and check-out. We indicated our arrival time in the booking and we arrived on time. To our dismay there was no body at the front desk. We called the hotel number displayed at the door but there was no answer. When we returned 2 hours later it was still the same. It was after many calls we finally got someone to open the door for us - she was inside the hotel. I cannot understand why since she was inside the hotel she did not hear the knock on the door and our many calls earlier!!! If you know if you have guests coming you should be alert to the calls, and not let your guests wander aimlessly for more than 2 hours outdoor in winter!
