everything was fine and excellent. the pool was very satisfied especially if you swimming at night, and of course need to wear a proper swim suit. but during weekend become so crowded due to youngster hanging at the pub nearby. only one car can access for indoor parking.

Place is not well cleaned despite earlier reminder. Food waste was found in washing basin. Inside of fridge is not clean. Upholstery of sofa is full of stains. Broken shower gel is not fixed. Broken powercplug pin is atucked in the kitchen power point. Lighting to the parking area is insufficient.

The water heater didn’t works for the hot shower, the sink is clogged so we couldn’t use it. Other than that is ok.

Location is good very nearby to all tourist attraction. Cleanliness is not that good. The unit I got have a lot of small cockroaches. But the management responded to my complain immediately and clean the the room.

Pros: good location and easy checkin process Cons: smelly toilet and master bedroom aircond need to service. What really upset us as family is doesn't stated kid at age 12 below could not access the swimming pool. If this clearly stated before booking I won't consider to stay here as this is our main criteria in booking room to stay.

price is OK, but u can get a better proper hotel nearby which cost more or less the same. house is not that clean with dirty old stained furniture. toilet water pressure not that great. (Unit B-21-5) 2 queen bed and 2 futon bed but only 2 towels given. If u want to come here for the pool to bring your kids. forget it. pool is small but so many people. only a few people can swim at one time (2 hour per session) and it is full all the time so cant swim. the are no parking space given only public parking roadside which is full all the time. we spend more than 1 hour just to find parking at night time. and don't start about elevator. we had to wait around half and hour to go down to lobby. full of people and the lift would stop and every floor. overall its such unpleasant experience for us and we wont recommend it and wont come again.
