Unprofessional Staff”
The hotel is located in a good location as it is near from Riyadh Zoo and King Abdullah Park, lots of shops around and 10 minutes drive from several malls. The only problem with this new hotel is the staff, they are miss leading and not trained and one of them is very RUDE (the guy responsible for the restaurant above on the roof near the pool- Indian I guess) he was not welcoming at all and even annoying!!. The hotel is still new and well furnished with a modern decoration but really need a trained staff that cares about guests.

Advantages: Very Good location. Value for money. Friendly Staff. Very Clean and Tidy Disadvantages: Gym hardly had equipment. Wi-Fi was slow. Overall, a good place to enjoy the city from.
