Great location, clean, good food, friendly staff”
If there is a minus point for this resort, I think the service is a little bit too much caring and it makes the guests feel a bit disturbed during their stay. And the hotel needs to be more careful of environment protection. The staff came to change your dish in buffet restaurant everytime when you just finished eating 1 food. Even I explained to them that I had problem to continue using my dish, and I would request to change if necessary. They didn't know that our family wanted to talk during meal and the fact they came to offer dish change disturbed us a lot. And besides, to clean all those dishes of all guests would cost a lot of detergent and water and labour. Similar to towels. Even I hang on the towels to reuse, the cleaners still replaced by new one. They also cleared all half mineral water bottles to replace by new bottles in room. They even trashed away my welcome cakes when my son hasn't finished up. It is all wasteful and not friendly to environment.

One of the nicest Resorts in Vietnam”
Booked last minute, they allowed us to check in earl and even upgraded us. They didn't have any openings in their Michelin star restaurant which was the only down side, especially when we found out they allow outside bookings to come before their guests. The FOB manager did bring us a bottle of champagne to make up for the lack of food. We were just upset because the communication between the staff and their restaurant didn't seem too goo, as we were told to call and make a reservation as there was still availability. Then when I called they said they would call me back in two hours. Come to find out they were waiting conformation of a parties booking. This I don't feel was appropriate as we were ready to confirm our booking right then hours prior. This being said, the management and staff were quick to do anything within reason, even having the manager come to apologize and making sure we were okay. For this I still give 5 stars for quickly trying to resolve any issues. The resort is top notch and now one of my favorites. We will be coming to visit again very soon as we like to travel several times a month. See you soon!

That’s what I left the hotel feeling. I must return. The few things that must be reviewed are of course location, room, service, food and facilities. Located with a full view of the Son Tra Peninsula cannot be wrong. My suite already provides me with such great views even as I lie on my bed. The balcony was of a good angle and size with considerate amenities. I like that the entire hotel is built with sustainability in mind with vast greens and breathing space for the monkeys living alongside it. The word impeccable comes to mind when I think of the service level. Have you been to a hotel where you are remembered by name from the moment you checked in to the time you leave? This is the place. My mum and I were very well taken care of and it felt like us having our personal butler from home. Thanks Ngoc, Thien, Tien, Chloe, Sung and so many more that I would love to remember. Breakfast is to die for! Champagne seafood and BBQ lunch was awesome!

MUST go if you visit Da Nang. Expensive but worth it. ”
I stayed here for 2 nights, which I think is sufficient to enjoy the facilities. When I first arrived at the reception, I was already shocked by how beautiful the place was. Absolutely spectacular views! You will be in awe around every corner you go in the resort. No photo alone can capture that amazing vibe, have to visit yourself. Located in a remote area by itself - very private - which also makes everything super expensive inside (e.g. spa, drinks, food). Both its Barefoot restaurant and La Maison 1888 restaurant had delicious food and caring staff, despite being quite pricey. I booked its HARNN Heritage Spa for a 150-minute signature treatment. The spa rooms were very nice, and the treatment was relaxing. It felt similar to other spa/massage I've had before, but I think it's worth a try when you're living there. Highly recommend this resort and I will certainly visit if I travel to Da Nang again.

They are all helpful from the Reception ( Ms Hanh & Ms Vuong ), the House Keeping, Mr Tien at the swimming Pool ( who took many nice pics for us). The Room is very big and comfortable with full amenities ! They even upgraded the Room Type for us! Best resort experience”
The resort is locate at a Núi Sơn Trà where is 20 minutes from down town of Da Nang, so if you decide to stay at the hotel, better plan for 2 whole days in the resort to enjoy the facilities and view, the view at the room and the club lounge is unbelievable beautiful, and the beach is also great either. The staff is outstanding, my girlfriend get a little injure when she plays windsurfing, the medical helps a lot, and the staff on lounge, reception, housekeeping are all notice about the wound and really helpful. The food and cocktails at barefoot restaurant, long bar and club lounge is great, but the breakfast on Citron restaurant is not really good. Overall it worth every dollar you spend on the resort, especially the club benefit, it will provide the best view and convenience in the resort, but if you plan to pay for the upgrade, better get it when you booking the rooms, otherwise the price will be higher.

Good service forgets bad weather”
The weather was not good, but the room was upgraded for free, so I could enjoy the best vacation without any inconvenience. Thank you, Butler Huy Doan. You did your best for our convenience throughout our stay at the hotel. On the last day, before we even asked for it, he asked for our flight time and gave us consideration to do a late check-out. Thanks to the touching service, I was able to make happy memories even though the weather was not good. I really want to visit this hotel again later.

Great place, great location, great people... I recommend 200%. Only bad point.. when checking in, I was proposed to have access to club lounge for 250.- USD per day (extra to the room of course). this is a bit too expensive for the free coffee time and sandwich !!! all the rest, perfect !
