Great Service + Beautiful + Clean + Good Vibe”
I stayed in the hotel nigths on 10-12 Sep, 2020. I chose Classic Resort, King Size Bed and Graden View, stayed with my husband. First impression to me for this hotel is the guy (not sure that his name is K.Warut or not) who welcome us in front of the hotel and service for checking in. The 2nd impression is when I opened the room, I feel the room was very big, beautiful, clean and nice than the photos on Agoda (This is what I want to recommend for changing the photos on Agoda.) The 3rd impression is the hotel open for the opinion from guest. I log on to the internet by using hotel WIFI and I put some complaint which is not serious issue, only recommendation because I hear noisy from the next room while I'm sleeping but the hotel take seriously on my complaint and set up the complimentary to me on that night for apologize. I feel very good with the hotel. The 4th impression is about the breakfast at the hotel, I do misunderstanding that I booked the room including breakfast but it is not. Although, restaurant staff take action with this situation in the wrong way (she comes to tell my husband during eating and have some argument in front of the other guest. We feel not good because we misunderstand and need to check it first then if I'm wrong I willing to pay) But finally when I checked out, the hotel gave me breakfast for free. I feel really appreciated it for the extra service they gave to us. I'm sure that I will stay with you in the future. Thank you for the great service.

The Best and Our Most Favorite Resort in Pattaya”
The only resort-tropical like in the heart of Pattaya city! We love every moment staying in InterContinental Pattaya. The lobby has magnificent of 180 panoramic view of entire shore. The spa is great with really really good therapist. The beach is super private and surrouned with coconut trees. Our club tropical suite room is so grand, with really elegant deco with full facilities. My wife loves the hair dryer because it's really powerful not just like a toy that blows really light. The hotel is really thoughtful even provide the women with hair band and the light under the sink to show where the rubbish bin is at night! The Infinity restaurant, overlooking the entire panoramic view of sea below, is a must diner for your evening. We first enjoyed the sunset from 6.00pm, then it's time for diner. We decided to go for the Seafood Set, which was terrific! At first look on the menu, we thought it would come in small portion and pretty sure we had to order another side dish. We were wrong! The lobsters, the crabs, the dessert, I just had to say we both barely finished them! It's so delicious that we didn't want to waste them. ha ha ha! On top of that you get happy hours buy 1 free 1 drink. Awesome deal. No need to go elsewhere! I mean all the good stuff is right here in the Infinity. Really lively restaurant yet private feeling! Enjoy the view, enjoy the food, with superb service. No need to go out of the hotel and try to find which restaurant has how many stars on google map! still hesitate whether what kind of service you would get! if you know what I mean. Of course it would be impossible not to mention the Club Lounge.My Gosh! Gorgeous view with less that 100metres from the beach! I mean where can you find the club lounge this close to the beach in Thailand. Most of them that we've stayed are always situated on the high floor where you can see the sea really really far. The resort is located on the hill with great view of the ocean. I wanted a getaway to relax and this is the place. Lots of trees,3 swimming pools, a gym, with a man-made beach for you to enjoin (due to the fact that it only has a rock shore). The room is great, hude, and clean. The hotel is so good. So do their staff are so kind, especially at bar, pool, kids club and breakfast restaurant. We only had one issue about really late check in because the hotel couldn’t cleaned our room on proper time. They gave us some compensation about that. We knew that how difficult every staffs

The hotel has really pretty club suit and very spacious. The suit is clean and well equipped. The staffs are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. We have great time there. Only negative point is there is no beach that you can swim or walk. But the rest are great.

Great at cleanliness inside the room and all hotrl areas. The swimming pool is just good as they separated into 3 pools but not that large and we were in winter and the water is too much cold even we played around 4pm. However, breakfast and overall are great.
