Great hotel with great facilities & friendly staff”
I stayed here for more than a week, second time after several years and was glad to see it remained a very good hotel. First the rooms are very nice, well decorated and kept very clean, and the bed is big and soft. There is a hot tub and a rather convenient bathroom. The hotel in general looks very nice and respectful. The staff is very very friendly and has a high standard of service. There is also a swimming pool on the roof and a restaurant in the hotel. The location is also pretty good near all the action and nightlife of Pattaya. The prices seems to be very reasonable for this level of hotel. Overall I really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Great place to stay”
This is my 2nd stay here. Because of the friendly staff, in particular, Shiva at the front desk, I decided to return for a longer visit. He helped me in choosing the right room for a longer stay, and it's perfect. A big clean room. Comfy bed, water kettle, cold AC. Nice pool and fitness center. Less than 5 minute walk to BTS On Nut, Tesco Lotus, and century mall. It's a great place to chill.

Excellent Value”
Intimate Hotel (formerly Tim's Boutique Hotel) is in Central Pattaya, an excellent location for just about everything in Pattaya. The staff is outstanding, the room is slightly dated, but a very comfortable bed, a big desk, and very roomy. It is quite reasonably priced - you can find cheaper places, but the combined package presents an excellent value. It can be a bit loud until pretty late in the night.

Lovely clean Hotel with very pleasant staff ”
The staff were very polite and nothing was to much trouble. The did lose some of my launary, but it wasnt an issue. I had to change rooms because the AC stopped working and ended up on the 3rd floor. I requested with yourself a room high up with a view but overall a very pleasant stay.

Exceptional”
Stayed here with my partner. A nice hotel in a good location for walking street and beach road. Room had a normal thai firm bed which we slept well in. A large bath and seperate shower and was cleaned daily. The hotel pool was good to chill out before going out in the evening. Would recomend. For a couple or single person.

Very attentive staff. Clean everywhere. The room cleaned every day, excelent. Roof top pool, and fitness center, very nice. Just a 5 minute walk to beach road. Comfy bed, big bathroom, with bathtub and separate shower, plus cold AC! You will be happy you stayed here. I am!

Location Location”
The hotel is located very near 2nd road on Soi 14. There are many restaraunts nearby, the beach is a mere 5min walk from the hotel, and the staff is very attentive as well. Bed was very comfortable, and overall a good experience for a great price. The ONLY disappointment was when they charged me 300 Baht for a pillow case they said was soiled and could not be washed away. Maid claimed it had some light blue shade on the pillow case, and how you can sleep on a pillow and get is soiled is beyond me, and I have a light grey hair, I was stunned that they would not discuss it as I had no idea where that came from. And frankly I would certainly also call it part of doing business. With the location and price I would stay there again.

From the moment of checking in I found Intimate Hotel excellent. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were big, clean and well furnished. Location is really good being close to the nightlife areas of Soi LK Metro, Soi Bukhao and easy walking distance to Beach Road. Breakfast was really good and many restaurants and bars in close vicinity. The hotel is guest friedly. I will definately be looking at Intimate Hotel again for my next visit to Pattaya.

This Hotel is located in perfect location. Hotel has full kitchen staff for all meals. Food is great. Hotel has same day laundry service and room delivery. Very affordable service. Swimming pool is awesome. Food and drink service there as well. Located next door to Fitness 7. Affordable monthly rates. Star bucks next door. Movie theater next door. Grocery Star next door with everything you need. They serve Breakfast as well, lunch. Staff at Hotel are fantastic. Friendly and nice. They can get you Taxi’s on demand all day long. I love this place.

It was good for the staff, had a strong potpourri smell they could not do anything about, but otherwise, it was okay, staff does not speak good English so they seem unfriendly. but overall the stay was good.

Another hotel in the middle of downtown Pattaya”
little quieter than hotels right down town but an easy walk to the beach and nightlife. For the paranoid if you bring a guest with you for the night they hold her ID until you tell the front desk everything is good. Nice pool, pool bar when Pattaya gets up to speed again very comfortable room. Only negative I have is the coffee pot is so dated I could not get it to work fully.

Great Hotel for a good price ”
It was my first time in Pattaya with my girlfriend. This hotel was great! Great staff, and yes the WiFi was super fast. Room was huge, and A/C was so cold I had to shut it off. (Trust me that’s a good thing) This hotel is right near everything! Bars, clubs, restaurants, souvineer shops..... However it is 3 blocks from the beach and half a mile from “the walking street) I would highly recommend this hotel!
