Nice and Quiet”
Really nice place close to most major sites in Ipoh. Quiet neighborhood and friendly host. only loses a point for the lack of a working kitchen which was important to us as we had a small baby whom we had to prepare meals for. Other than that a good place to hang your hat while exploring all Ipoh has to offer.

i booked for my family members. they enjoyed their stay very much. the house is clean and comfortable. every room with air-conditioner except the living room. if you book more than 10 persons, just remind the owner/agent. they provides extra mattress. we will come back again if visit to Ipoh next time.

Awesome Villa to stay. ”
We were surprised with the property's cleanliness and size.. It can easily accomodate 14 person.. Facilitate with water filter & fridge. We will come again to Ipoh. Definitely will stay here again.. 😍😍 The host is very kind.. Once booked, quickly send us the check in details..

Worth to Stay”
This home stay fits for 14 people. It's clean and big. However, the downstair toilet got mosquito because of water cannot flow. Overall is good, I highly recommend for this, in terms of location and price.

Great place to stay when in group”
Booked this place for my family of 5 when we were down over the weekend. I was surprised at the size of the place it was more than enough and there were many rooms so I could have brought along with me a bigger crowd. The pillows in the room were a bit flat for my liking but other than that no complains. I would come back and stay here again. The owner was friendly and efficient and check-in was so easy.

Huge house n can accomodate 4 cars in parking. All 4 rooms provided with aircond. Self check in and check out. Easy to manage. Overall satisfied.

We love everything about this guest house. its at the center near giant mall and maybank as well, thus very good location. Cleanliness is tip top!! House is spacious and comfortable. Facilty are all working fine. If it has stove it would be the best 😊. Easy check in process, i would definitely choose to stay here again.

Clean but service need improvement.”
Overall the house is clean but no towel provided. Neighbor’s dog bark all night. One safety issue we wish the owner can seriously look in to it – there is a T shape oxidized iron attached to the sewer hole cover right in front house entrance, it is the main entrance so everybody will have to pass by in-order to enter the house. Few of us has accidentally kick on it and have cut on our feet. The owner/agent are not so friendly.

amat mudah untuk check in. lokasi tidak jauh dari bandar Ipoh. cuma tiada dapur gas untuk memasak. ada wifi tapi tidak berfungsi kerana owner tak bayar.

很差，不明白为什么会有五星点评，服务很差，这样大的屋子既然后面没有木门的只是一个小锁头，楼下厕所门都坏的，厨房的门也坏了，提供的烧水，机也很肮脏，这间屋子是我第一次住得最没有安全感，一颗星也不值
