Awesome stay at this Unit. Will repeat again. ”
The host is very friendly, very details, she even make a time to pass the key and make a tour around the house. She shows how to turn on the tv, wifi and give expalnataion. This is the first time that i get to meet the owner and get direct explaination from them directly. Which is very heart warming. The house unit is very clean. All the facilities is complete. Host decoration is exceptional, beautiful and tidy. Make u feels like home. All Kitchen utilities are complete too.

Very clean and convenient location”
A very lovely and clean apartment with lots of good food within very short walking distance. We rate this as one of the best homestays we’ve used so far. Our interaction with Gary, the host was a breeze too. He was very punctual and helpful during our stay. Would be happy to book into this property again when we get a chance to return to Ipoh.

Excellent apartment in an excellent location”
We had a party of 8, so the 3 rooms were perfect, but only master room had ensuite toilet, while other two rooms share a common toilet. Living and dining areas were enough for us, as was the kitchenette (fridge, kettle, utensils etc were all useful). Friendly host Grace met us on arrival to hand us the access cards/keys, while showing us how things work (not difficult anyway :)) After our stay we just deposited the access cards into the letterbox. On level 7 is a recreation area - the pool was always crowded but no one else used the table tennis except us. Also a small playground for the really young ones. On level 21 - the highest - was the rooftop terrace, good views over Ipoh city especially at night. There's a convenience store at the ground floor which you can buy snacks and some daily amenities. Also a washer area. There's also a restaurant selling wanton noodles which were delicious. Location is close to many famous eateries as noted by other reviews, also the pasar malam.

Polite staff & good cleanliness”
This was my first stay in this unit. The service from Gary was good. He took the troubles to led us to the unit. The unit was well equipped with all the facilities that brought us to great convenience. It was clean with fresh air. There were 2 carparks provided. Will come back again if I happen to be in Ipoh

Homely Stay”
This unit is so complete, every thing is there for short stay. Nice homely deco, good size for 3 rooms & 2 baths, comfortable, good host, waited for you to arrive & lead you all the way from entrance to carpark, and then from carpark to the unit, nothing more to ask

We had an enjoyable stay at the Majestic. Gary came to meet us so simplify the check-in process. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. Location is great as well. The apartment is walking distance to Onn Kee chicken rice.

Thoughtfully decorated ”
2+1 bed room, cleaned and aircond. High floor. Quiet with balcony and has grills and wire. Safe for children. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. No washing machine. But provided tokens to laundry mat downstairs.

Everything was awesome except for the facilities. Not able to use the gym and sauna as was told by the security guard that only for residences and not for home stay guest. Credit to Gery and Yan for making our short trip awesome! Will come back again in future!
