The service is not good. The owner is not friendly and supportive. Moreover, there is a hair salon at the reception and its smell will damage your stay. If you are familiar with the smell when you do the hair then you can understand how awful it is. The smell will spread all the floor and the room your are in. Not recommended.

This hotel is near Dalat Night Market and many restaurant. 1st floor is reception of hotel and somr hair salon. you can find it easily. Room is clean and clear.

New hotel!”

What can I say? I did enjoy my stay with this hotel except one thing, this hotel is joining a business with a hair salon in the ground floor, so everyone can easily breathe the unpleasant smell of the hair chemicals whenever they walk in and out of this hotel. Also, hair-dryers are pretty much needed for all the rooms.

The hotel room was clean and the staff was very helpful. It was located centrally and it was easy to get around the city center. The rooms were clean. I would return to stay here.

The hotel is in good location. It takes 5 minutes to Da Lat market by foot. This is a new hotel with new facilities. Staff is very friendly, esp receptionist. In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast with many places near hotel.

Have the problem with staff at the beginning but everything is fine after. Cleaning room, near market and Xuan Huong lake. The space in room is alittle bit small. Generally, this hotel is good to me.

OK Guest house”

No AC or dual AC for hot and cold. 2 medium size beds, we had to sleep one small bed not a comfortable sleep. This is a guest house with hair saloon,hair products smelling. They hold the passport till check out.For double bed room they should give one king size bed. We book city view room initially refused saying that no rooms later when we demanded city view room provided.

Beware of cheating about room's area. Following hotel's advertisement having 2 kinds of rooms, one with 25m2 and another with 35m2. In the reality the hotel only having room 20m2 and room 30m2 instead. I had already booked 4 nights with a room 35m2 when i arrived room 20m2 offered instead. After one night staying the problem solved by another receptionist so i was replaced a room 30m2
