The hotel is of very very poor quality. Me & my wife booked this hotel for our stay in madinah through reviews but we were deceived from the very moment we stepped in. Smelly room, bed bugs, no sound proof, you can hear Everthing from the street and in the hotel corridors, very noisy, poor housekeeping. The food: we preferred to buy outside as it's of very bad quality. They serve cold food and very bad taste. The supposedly juice is water. No internet facility in the room as it was advertised. You permanently smell the sewage in your room and the a/c is very bad, no temperature control and you cannot adjust. The staff are unwelcoming. The ONLY good thing is its location to masjid an nabawi. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

The Worst Hotel i Experienced in my life”

I paid via Agoda to stay in this hotel but a Egyption reception jumped on our face saying no rooms in the hotel even though we paid too agoda.Try to reach management many times to complain about the worst hotel service but couldnt reach.called agoda customer support they said they will back but never call back.finally we have to pay extra and stay in Oberoi Madinah.Dear fellow guest dont even think to stay in this hotel they will treat u like u r staying for free.we have visited many countries and many hotels with my family but we never came a cross a hotel staff like this.

Pl tell/ clarify hotel reservation management about charging system of Agoda.The Reservation staff asking again the amount inspite ir is charged by Agoda at the time of booking. A lot of my friend face same issue and ultimately delayed check in.

لا تدخل هذا الفندق مطلقا وقد احترق وقتل ١٥ فرد ”

هذا فندق شيء ليس فيه خدمه غرف ولا استقبال ويتعامل مع الزبون وكأنه لن يأتي مره اخري وليس به وساءل للامان والحماية وقد حدث حريق به وأثاث الغرف قديم متهالك و الكرسي يقع بك بمجرد الجلوس عليه ولا يصلح للسكنى وأرجوان تتغير الاداره

فندق سيء لا انصح بالسكن به غرفه غير نظيفة والفندق مخصص للحملات من شرق اسيا وشمال افريقيا وتركيا ودائما مزدحم وفي حال العودة للمدينة ان شاء الله ماراح اسكن فيه حصل لي موقف كانت حاجز من اقودا اكساكتيف سويت وغرفه مزدوجة وعند قدومي الفندق تفاجئت من موظف الاستقبال بأنة لا يوجد لديهم الاحجز السويت فقط وأمرني بالتوجه لمكتب الحجور ان في الفندق بمراجعه حجري مع اقودا وبعد محاولات مع مكتب الحجز في الفندق رفضو إعطاءه غرفه بحجة عدم وصول تأكيد من اقودا

فندق يحتاج للصيانة الدورية رغم انه يبدو حديثا”
