Easy accessible to Haram, but small room”

It was comfortable as we mainly aiming for the visit to Prophet's mosque for prayers and religious matters. But the room is not spacious as mentioned in the advertisement. And need to ask for the towels. Advantage is that,easy accessible to haram.

when i checked in there was no towels at all in the bathrooms. I called many times but no luck....lucky if ur call answered within 5 mins... finally i found the room serices boy on the corridor and get two towels only while i asked for more and he told me they run out of towells at the moment!!!!

I do not recommend this venue for anybody (family or singles) not clean, full of bugs, claim to be 4 stars (they are only 3 as the tag behind the reception shows).

i have a comfortable stay,it was close to the masjid nabi value for money ,good staff , the thing i dont like was their was no wifi we need to to sit in lobby to use internet

Starting from Reception to room condition and service, don't expect anything from this hotel. They took 2 hours to check me in as it was prayer timings and the guy was at prayers. Later they couldn't retrieve my booking and when we checked in the room was not what we requested for..plus the room was dirty and room services are pathetic...apart from its location nothing to look forward for in this hotel.

بالحجز المباشر من الفندق حيث ان السعر هناك اقل بكثير حيث حجزت ٦٥٠ ليلة واحدة والفندق حسبها لنا بسعر ٤٠٠ ريال لليلة مع الافطار

الفندق جيد من ناحيه اساس وديكورات وممرات ..لكن من ناحيه نظافه الغرف لايستحق سوى نجمه واحده

عدم تنظيف الغرفة علما اني طلبت نظافتها من قسم تنظيف الغرف شخصيا ووضع علامة طلب النظافة كذلك الوجباتفي المطعم لا تليق بفندق اربعة نجوم
