Good hotel”

Got a good deal for this hotel. Only an overnight stay. Few problems with staff but Agoda customer service fixed the problem promptly. Phu Yen province is beautiful and no overseas tourists. Time is now to go before the area is discovered. Look up Tuy Hoa.

ローケーションも問題ありません。 シャワーについては水圧、温水ともに問題がありません。熱い温水が出るため夜は丁度良いです。 しかし3日目の夜は温水が出ませんでした。時間帯や空室状況で変わるかもしれません。 残念だったことはAgodaから予約する時、設備にソファー付きの記載がありました。しかし実際は部屋にソファーはありませんでした。

Mình ở đây 2 đêm, khách sạn mới, thiết bị tốt và xịn, nhân viên nhiệt tình, bể bơi sạch sẽ rộng rãi. Nói chung rất đáng tiền. Vị trí khách sạn gần biển (cách biển 100m), nhưng hơi ít dân cư. Bác nào đi ô tô hoặc đoàn đi ô tô thì quá tiện. Xe đỗ phải 10 cái thoải mái

Nice for the low price”

Khách sạn không lớn nhưng điểm cộng là khuôn viên có vườn xanh tươi mát mắt. Phòng rộng rãi sạch sẽ nhưng hơi có mùi. Không có xà phòng cục riêng để rửa tay. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình nhưng nên bổ sung thêm 1 số kiến thức về các dịch vụ du lịch tham quan của Phú Yên. Mình bị mất đồ nhưng hỏi thì không ai biết cuối cùng do đồ k có giá trị nhiều nên đành phải chấp nhận.

Tình cờ được biết và chọn Ivory Phu Yen Hotel qua Agoda trong dịp hè 2020 vừa qua. Thực tế được trải nghiệm từ khi liên lạc về cập nhật thông tin phòng cho đến khi nhận và trả phòng, tôi thấy Ivory Phu Yen đúng là lựa chọn tuyệt vời. Cơ sở vật chất tiện nghi rất mới vì khách sạn cũng khai trương gần đây. Nhân viên thiệt sự tử tế và chu đáo. Cảm ơn Ivory Phu Yen và Agoda đã giúp đỡ cho gia đình mình có được kỳ nghĩ trọn vẹn và khó quên.
